Hold on… she paid a £599 fee for her mortgage broker!? Every broker I have used or spoken to (I used to work in the industry) don’t charge a fee as they earn a fairly good commission from the bank for the life of your loan if you don’t remortgage without using that broker. I’m just so surprised she would pay that much for something that you can get for free when she brands herself as money savvy and gives money “advice”.

I’ve bought a house twice and had to it this. Where are you getting it for free, I need to know! ? 😂

To be fair I didn't have to pay for my broker either! As someone mentioned above, they earn good commission from selling the product

Ps her lashes in recent stories are giving me the ick

Urgh she’s back on her Natural Cycles bullshit 💩🤬
Proper plugging it too!

She wayyyyyy overshares money....nobody needs to know this tit! I don't belive ash being as private as he is is happy with that! Why is she starting to look like a skeleton?? Also she looks like she's playing a game of bleeping charads in this recent video! Arms flying around all over the place!

I hate how she uses ‘obsessed’ to everything
And...... not gonna lie!!!! duck off shan thats all you do!

If Primark gave her vouchers to spend, I wonder how much? I've not been to Primark in years (because there isn't one that close to where I am, not because I'm a snob) and £20 would get you pretty far. 😂
Primarks gone up I must say 🤣🤣 I think they get 50 or there about

Usually they either get paid by the bank but aren’t as unbiased because they’re driven by that commission, or they charge a fee and are less biased because they can suggest any bank

Whaaaat?? The last one we used was Windom Finance who are based in London but service all over the UK I believe. The one we used before that was in the south. And the broker I worked for didn’t charge either. Definitely shop around next time you need a broker! Obviously if you are using a financial advisor you will need to pay for their advice but if it’s just a mortgage broker I would keep looking until you find one that doesn’t charge you.

I guess it won’t be the same everywhere but the broker I worked for got the same commission no matter what bank the mortgage went through. The difference was the product and rates that were available. The more business they put through a certain bank, they had access to better rates and products to offer their clients from that bank making it more likely the client would choose to get their mortgage through them. It was a while ago so maybe that has changed now 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used a mortgage broker, he didn’t charge a fee, and told us that the commission he got from the bank was the same no matter which mortgage we went for. So I think he was pretty unbiased tbh

Trying to blag a free holiday now.

I thought Google and asking actual real life friends and family with kids were better ways to get suggestions. Makes me want to set up a burner account and send her rubbish ideas

This was the first thing I thought too. Just bloody pay for a holiday.

Companies and influencers really do my head in especially more recently with the cost of living crisis as no doubt she will get something. I bet there’s families that can barely afford a trip to McDonalds but they push through for their kids and then you’ve got braggy Betty who CAN afford trying to get something ELSE for free. I just wish she’d be brought back to reality and realise how she comes across.
