Yes they do? She said she sold her house for £210k which is what it was on right move for, and bought for £310k, £10k over asking price, as it was on for £300k. It’s the way of the market nowadays, houses by me are selling for way over asking price.

I've just watched the new video. Having done the process she's "explaining" I don't think she's really actually explained it very well, basically just narrated her situation.

She could have easily made that video so much more helpful by doing some actual planning, rather than just show a spreadsheet of how much they spent. Like, it makes me want to go make a better video explaining it, but I don't want to be an influencer so I'll pass and just ask friends and family for advice.
