Sorry to jump on your post, just seen this a couple of times. But i think its Rose thats been recast and they've kept the old Dee Dee. Apparently its a big storyline for Rose

I think in the article i saw, it did say that apart from brief appearances they hadn't been on screen since COVID so I don't think anyone would remember what any of them would look like to be honest. I just remembered seeing it last week.

Diane gave birth to Ant and Rose but Rose was switched at birth with Dee Dee. When Tegan who was Rose’s adoptive mum died Tony and Diane started raising her too

I find ella really irritating, I don't know what it is but I can't stand her. Wasn't there some thing with Warren's mum faking the test results or something or am I imagining that?
