LMAO just came to post the exact same thing! I can’t remember what Leah said exactly but something like “don’t you dare speak to Katy Ricket like that!” and hogging the microphone making it all about her 😂

Someone please remind me: What is the reason for Nancy’s absence? And has the actress quit, or just on a break?

Is this just weed what’s affecting Charlie, or something additional? I’m really not understanding the storyline

The actress who plays Nancy had a baby in real life so that’s why she’s gone, in hollyoaks Nancy is in America with her and Darren’s baby trying to get her an operation.
The problem with Charlie is anxiety and he’s using weed to cope but it’s not effective.
And Rayne is rage inducing 😂

Depends on the thc level tbh. High levels of thc without enough cannibinoids can Induce feelings of paranoia and despair.
 
Hopefully this will be better than the Jasmine/ Jason storyline. That felt so rushed near the end

i believe it was around 2009-2010. I really fancied Riley at the time 😳 Heidi, the mum, was the daughter of Silas, who he accidentally murdered on Halloween thinking he was killing Rae(?) because they wore similar costumes

A brilliant week of episodes that was!!
When he takes off her costume and realises the lady is blonde so he killed the wrong person.
I’m sure he was trying to kill Lynsey? That’s why he expected dark her?

The funniest part of that storyline for me was Neeta’s mum (I can’t remember her name, but I’m sure the actress is ‘Something Murphy”) and she “outed” her to the whole school by printing letters announcing Jasmine had transed into Jason and putting them into everyone’s lockers. And then her daughter Anita said something like “mum, that’s paedophilia” and she was like “yuck, I hate that word” 😂 (it doesn’t sound funny typing it out but I was amused at the time)!

just looked it up and you’re right.

i was not really feeling Hollyoaks during this time (god knows why, as it’s awful in comparison now!) but I was mourning 2007-2008 when the show was on fire and picking up all the soap awards

just looked it up and you’re right.

Sheree Murphy is the lady you mean. I loved the Silas stuff at first but it became boring him returning all the time
