So she’s going on about GHDs Pink campaign for breast cancer... Why does she only speak up about these issues when there’s a free gift and food involved?

I’ve heard so many other female influencers speak on the regular about the importance of checking your boobs and getting a smear test - all without having to be bribed with a free cookie in their mouth.

I dunno that kind of tit always irks me.

The whole influencer culture just feels so disingenuous.
They only pipe up about important subjects when they have been bribed to do so.
I can't tell anymore when an influencer actually likes a product, I found it hilarious when people would post videos of their 'empty pots' almost as if it was proof and validation that they haven't been sponsored to talk about it.

I agree, I would love more music based content. Top ten songs that influenced her, soundtrack to her life etc etc It's not difficult to come up with new content. Then again she only seems to post stuff that involves purchases shes made.

I can honestly say I've never been influenced to buy a single thing she's ever bought, and I'm a 'goffik' 'alterna-ive' gal who loves music even when no one's looking. She's going wrong somewhere. Who is her target audience at this point?

I must admit I have bought a dress she was wearing once but you're right, her style is awful. I can see what shes going for but she just doesnt pull it off as stuff either doesnt fit right or she doesnt pair things properly. She always looks like shes wearing a costume.

Yep, with drag make-up!

How accurate 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

And just like that she puts up a story with a picture from Latitude to prove to us Trolls that Download isn't the only festival she goes to lmao!

hi Helen, thank you for taking note of my comments in here 😂😂

that frustrates me so much. It’s not something that should be brought up just because you’re being paid to do so - you have a huge platform, you should be mentioning stuff like this constantly.

OH WAIT - SHE HAS DONE MUSIC VIDEOS!

Here we have Helen's Vinyl Collection video from three years ago. I revisited it to take a look at her words of wisdom regarding the various bands in her vinyl collection.

First off - the record player, a Crosley. She talks about it not being a very good record player but it was gifted at Gwen Stefani's make-up launch with Urban Decay. But she says the record player looks amazing. She talks about probably investing in a really cool record player in the future.

She only got into vinyl a year previously and she talks about how exciting it was when she put the 'pin' onto the record. She talks about the magic of having something to unpackage and the physical action of the 'pin scoring the disk'.

So onto her collection:

Crystal Visions - The Very Best of Stevie Nicks - this is Matthews's record. Reads a few songs from the back.

Television - Helen tells us she did a cover of it at Christmas if anybody wants to listen to that.

Lana Del Rey - Honeymoon - Christmas present from Matthew, she hasn't listened to it much, reads a few songs but says she doesn't know what was released as a single. She likes the pictures.

Tame Impala - she got from Urban Outfitters, says it sounds different to older stuff and then starts singing a bit.

Rick Wakeman - she hasn't listened to this yet but really wants to but some keyboard player is playing the piano.

Gwen Stefani - this is the album she got free with the record player, she reads a few tracks off the back. This was her first ever vinyl experience.

Beetoven - bought becasue it was £3.99 - Symphony number 9 in D major - B minor - D minor. She loves classical music.

A Hard Days Night - haven't listened to this, haven't opened it yet. This album goes with the Hard Days Night treatment from Lush. She went to Lush and was supposed to be getting the Hard Days' Night treatment but she missed it because she was late for various reasons, she still managed to get a treatment but it wasn't the Hard Days Night treatment but they still gave her the vinyl.

Lana Del Rey - Born to Die - She thinks its the first album and its full of classics. Its got a lyrics sheet (and then she starts singing Video Games).

Best Coast - she loves them, influenced her music, she would love to support them on tour.

Grimes - Art Angels - she's lost the record but the art work is good.

Steel Band & Calypso - present from friends, says what tunes are on it.

Aerosmith Live - another present from friends - reads the tracks off the back. She says Aerosmith are one of her all time favourite bands but she doesn't listen to them much.

Taylor Smith Red- this is Matthews record. Matthew loves her, its his favourite album.

Another Aerosmith album - she got this from New York

Led Zepplin - unopened, she got this when she was in LA, reads the tracks off the back.

First Aid Kit, Stay Gold - she effing loves First Aid Kit - she tells us of all the time's she's listened to it, says its good for driving through trees and sh!t, they wrote music to drive through the countryside to.

Guns and Roses - (still in wrapper, as are most of her other vinyls I might add) - she had to get this because it is an iconic album , best album in the world, its a f*cking great album, if you're too cool for Guns and Roses then fine, whatever, out of all the bands out there Guns and Roses are amazing and this album is amazing and this album is a big deal.

Allvays - she loves this album so much, the vinyl is blue, very dreamy dreamy dreamy pop, dreamy indie, she doesn't really know like they've got an old sound as well, they have a nostalgia feel

Jimmy Buffet Volcano - he's not a guilty pleasure, he's just a pleasure, there's a bit where it goes (and then she sings a bit). And she went on and bought a Jimmy Buffet tshirt.

Woah, everything about her has puffed up so much since that video. Her face is so round and puffy now, her neck is really fat now and she's definitely had her lips done since this video. I wonder if having her lips done is what caused the weird puffy muzzle shape she has around her mouth now. It goes all the way out to her nasolabial folds. And I wonder why she hasn't mentioned getting them done, she details everything else in tedious detail (pube lazering, anyone?). Strange.

On a more complimentary note though, love how she looks in that video. Much prefer that hair and make-up and dress style etc on her.

OMG and now she's posted a clip of her dancing to Def Leppard! "SEE TROLLS, I DO HAVE MUSIC IN MY LIFE, HONEST!" lmao

And she's renovating her dining room and getting in new lighting etc! She can't be happy for five minutes can she? Her dining room was fine and not done that long ago. Why does it need a complete new look? Perhaps Phil doesn't like it. Or perhaps she just can't stop spending!

I was about to say, she looks great here. The makeup is still bold but not clownish. I think the purple hair suited her complexion a lot better. And her skin is glowing! She really needs to cut down on the booze.

Holy tit I just clicked on the video and instantly thought WOW she's gorgeous! I loved watching her at this point in her life. She was relatable, her vlogs were so entertaining, great fashion sense, and videos were just awesome. It's so sad that this isn't the case anymore. It's like watching a different person
