Hello everyone :). I would like to thank you all for your links, thoughts and knowledge on H and M.

I joined about 10 days ago and I've read the last few threads with my jaw hanging open. I hope that if it doesn't go to trial, an investigative MOS journalist pulls it all apart anyway and publishes all of the lies and deceit, the background to them meeting, the pregnancy, who's raising Archie and the whole sorry tale of the arrogant prince and the experienced hustler.

Thank you again - it's been a great distraction.
 
I have a funny feeling that this is all going to go very quietly away.............. I can't see the RF allowing the tit show of her and her father turning up in court. It will be settled - and the terms of that not released publicly, so of course, Smeggy will crow victory.

If only the media would unite and put a complete blackout on her and Harry.

I'm surprised she didn't put big round "O"s or even hearts to dot her "i's. and Stickers. sparkly unicorn stickers. Like the ones she put on the letters to Hazno except those were scratch'n'sniff "for my Ginge, smells like my Minge" scratch n'n sniff stickers. explains minge-scratching that was captured on camera at least once....

I can't see a summary judgment either, as the facts are disputed and need to be tested in a trial. Even on the copyright issues, there are disputed areas which seem pretty important, like who actually wrote the letter! ANL have used this hearing to show why a trial is needed, and where the 'inconsistencies' in Megz and Omid's statements mean there is a dispute over the facts. The witness statements are just devastating. Sara Latham fact-checking FF whilst being paid by the RF? Sunshine Sachs opening doors for FF? Omid expecting to get the letter in full to publish in Finding Freedom? 'Many' electronic drafts of the letter sent by Jason Knauf (and so available for discovery from his records....) Four palace officials lined up to give evidence and given the green light to tell the truth by BP... 🍿🍿🍿

If MM drops the case she is liable for ALL costs so £1 million+ for each side or thereabouts. And ANL will be free to publish what they have found. It doesn't seem likely to me that ANL would settle with any restrictions on their ability to write a great big sizzler of a story about this - they don't need to.

Warby's finding will be coming along in a couple of weeks. She'll find an excuse to drop this shortly afterwards. Don't do it Megzy! Fight on, fight on and give us a year of entertainment 🤣

I don't think the marriage will last - none of Smeggypoo's other marriages have. I think Harry might come back to the UK after a divorce but I think he'll hide himself away somewhere and become a recluse (let's face it, even he can't be thick enough to think he'll be welcomed back with open arms after his behaviour). As for Archie, I'm really not sure - on balance I suspect Smeg will have brainwashed him to the point where he thinks all people in the UK are evil racists who will hate him because he's mixed race, I strongly believe the wretched woman will poison his mind like that.
