I absolutely can’t stand Scott mills. Radio 2 has been my constant companion all my life. Itecently I didn’t turn on until Zoe ball had gone and Ken Bruce was on; I will not countenance Jeremy vine and I love Sara Cox. So I may happen to catch radio 2 at tea time but no other time. I like greatest hits cos it’s got all my old comfortable people.

He definitely seemed sure in what he was saying so I wouldn't be surprised if what he was saying is true. Plus it is strange how they haven't been seen together since the Colombia trip and then Harry comes out yesterday to moan about the trolls yet he didn't exactly deny the separation rumours.

Just popping out of lurk my mode to say Tyler looks pissed off. He purses his lips during their interaction, clenches his fist towards the end and leaves without even looking at her. He seems to tolerate her. There are no signs of genuine friendship there….

Also just to weigh in on a personal experience of homeopathy. After child three I lost loads of weight and had a bunch of very weird but very real unrelated symptoms and pain. Doctors did tests and said I was absolutely fine. In frustration at one GP appointment I cried and she suggested that I was depressed 😔 which I was not, just massively frustrated and tired of being ill without a cause. In the end I googled alternative treatments to seek relief for some of my symptoms. I had been ill for nine months and within three months of natural remedies I was fully better.

Depends on the direction of the ridges.

if you have vertical ridges, those are benign and come with age. The solution i can give is getting a soft sponge nail buffer and “fluff” them. That is, gently file the surface of the nail until it’s shiny. Then i would recommend a nail repair polish, they are found in any pharmacy or beauty shop ( i like sally hensen products, but you can buy whichever you like: some are transparent like base coat, others have a soft pink or milky white hue), you apply a layer on the nail for the first 3 days, then leave it for the next 10, remove and repeat. Fluffing should last for about 2-3 weeks. I don’t recommend over doing it.

Horizontal ridges, on the other handare usually caused by mineral or vitamin deficiencies, or prolonged contact to chemical or cleaning products without gloves. Again, i can recommend to use a nail repair polish if it’s the latter case.
