The report / the details of bullying won’t be published - it’s for the protection of the employees regardless of the divorce or regardless Smeg or Harry (same as would be in any other company).

This reparations business so should the UK ask Gemany,Japan,France,Italy for the lives lost during WW2 and for all those Jews and slave labourers killed and maltreated.

Thought not, so my opinion is History should be left where it was and why the fuc k should we line the pockets of these whining Nations, we know it was awful and that the entire Western World was involved so, why us??

Particularly when, like 99.9% of foreign aid, the cash will end up in the private pockets of a few warlords (IMO) and the general population will be no better off. Money is poured into these countries to begin with and there is rarely very much to show for it.

And like you, I also think that the nation which deserves most in reparations is Israel - over centuries Jews have been slaughtered and abused, and during the last war the carnage was so horrendous it can't be described. There are no words for the horror. Where are the reparations for the Jewish people?

Handing out money now will not negate the suffering of people who were sold into slavery (often by their own leaders) centuries ago. It won't alter the past and TBH many, if not most of their descendants probably have a better quality of life now than they would have had if their ancestors had remained in their own native lands.

We live in a world full of victims - everybody wants to be the group most badly picked on. For heaven's sake - just get on with life! If any "reparations payments are made, let them be put towards helping thenowaday living, suffering victims of the slave trade (which is alive and well and healthier than ever). Get the present day brutalities stamped out - forget the past, it's gone.

My dad was a Vietnam War vet and absolutely despised that traitor Jane Fonda. To this day, no one in my family will watch a movie or show with her in it….and she waved it away with a “oh I was young…we all make mistakes like openly siding with the enemy…bygones”

I’m happy to see that others share my deep and abiding hatred of her.
