I do wonder about who is behind this - surely its not the British press? what could they do with the information? it is highly unlikely they would be able to print it and I cant see them just wanting to sit on it. I agree. Diana was hounded by the press when she went out and found it difficult to get any privacy but all these conspiracy theories online, people demanding to know where Kate is and arseholes demanding to have access to her medical records is beyond a joke.

This is absolutely correct. The media driven hoaxes in the US are not only egregious, there is no accountability. Many of the things you ‘know’ about Trump, for example…or what he ‘said’…are flat-out lies. If you watch him speak in realtime, then you read the reporting…it is disheartening. We should reject or support a candidate on the TRUTH of his words and policies….not invented media lies.

The media has taught you most of what we think we know….i learned this in 2006 when, en masse, they decided three innocent young Duke lacrosse players should spend 40 years in jail rather than expose a Black stripper/prostitute’s lies. They were RELENTLESS with their lies. It totally broke my faith in so many things..

The POW is fair game. After all, she has been deemed a ‘racist.’ And, in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion mindset…she should be deposed for racial fairness…you need ‘representation’…a Black POW is required. Tormenting the POW while she is recovering from surgery…is sport for this mindset.

It won’t stop. Maybe not even when she comes back. They have sunk their talons in her…they are not going to let go.

I remember this story unfolding. To my husband’s credit, he immediately distrusted the entire scenario. Just as disappointing as the media’s handling of the situation, the University’s treatment of the team was worse. They didn’t care what the truth was. Each student was punished, even Lacrosse team members not present at the party. Eventually lawsuits had to be filed, but it still took years (and a lot of money) to clear their names. No consequences to the false accuser.

These players had family and resources to help them. How many average people can do the same? That’s the scariest thing about all these groups H&M are associating themselves with. Shutting down opposing views and people that call out lies or bad behavior is what H&M care about. I still feel that the results of bullying report should be released. Those victims deserve justice, but it looks like there are no consequences for H&M.

Just something I've been thinking today... Is anyone else wondering about all the conspiracy loonies crawling out of the woodwork and populating any and all forums and comment sections lately...? Some message boards I used to frequent in the past that had good discussions going are suddenly filled with mindless babble about body doubles, plastic surgery and covert murders (yet, when you mention all these do actually take place but most likely for example in a certain country currently attacking another one, they think you're crazy). Sometimes it's new commenters, sometimes they seem to have been there for a longer period of time but I cannot remember ever paying attention to their posts before. It's also all the completely sane people around you, at work, circle of friends, relatives... suddenly many start to question everything and everyone. Don't get me wrong, questioning things is fine but when it reaches the levels of borderline paranoia and psychosis, then...

I am getting seriously annoyed by all this. I've been editing photographs and creating computer graphics for decades now. Suddenly everyone is shocked to find people touch up photos or that the image of cousin Ellie riding a unicorn into the sunset between trees made of ice cream cones wasn't a real photo but a manipulated and falsified image?!

This is getting seriously out of hand. There are now people who don't even trust the people they see before them are real people or who they claim to be. I just want to go somewhere far, far away and forget about this madness.

I've noticed, now the Mail seems to accept my comments, that loads of them are like by people with a colour and an object for a name eg PinkChair, OrangeSun, BlueSpade etc. It seems very weird.
