That was on Wikipedia (which anyone can edit)
One of the nasty sugars later changed it to this:

The truth is that Meghan played him and he fell for it because he couldn't see how privileged he really was.So according to People magazine, Harry wanted to leave because he wanted to "escape subservience to William," It's called being the youngest, suck it up, you aren't special. All this wanting to be financially independent, you got a leg up from mummy and daddy. These two are annoying little shits.
Before this even came to court, the MoS had published a 'kind of' apology (more of a clarification) and made a donation to Invictus.Ooh I hope they aren't paying him any money
Oh FFS. I hope the odious little twunt gets told to shut up and go away. Before this even came to court, the MoS had published a 'kind of' apology (more of a clarification) and made a donation to Invictus.

ETA 2 A source told Newsweek that the case was settled last year. So looks like the stories yesterday were just Harry using the case for publicity?
Prince Harry and Tabloid Reach Libel Settlement Over Royal Marines Claim
Prince Harry and "The Mail on Sunday" have reached a libel settlement over claims he turned his back on the Royal Marines. A statement is expected in court soon, sources tell Newsweek.www.newsweek.com

So all of the press yesterday was based on papers submitted in November, but only made public yesterday. Harry still wants to make a statement in open courtabout his hurt feelingseven though he has received an apology and a donation to Invictus. So that's the request his team made yesterday.
What a self-indulgent waste of space he is.
Yes I agree but I don't understand how he won when the paper reported information provided by General Dannatt that he hadn't been touch. Just because he later made excuses that he hadn't received a letter doesn't mean that it wasn't true when they reported it. or have I misunderstood this? Before this even came to court, the MoS had published a 'kind of' apology (more of a clarification) and made a donation to Invictus.

They issued an apology. If memory serves, he had demanded that the apology be a full front page, but the judge told Harry "nope" so he had to accept the statement which was still annoying in my mind because it essentially accepted Harry's "word" that he had in fact spoken on a private basis to some vets.... which probably meant dancing JJ and Harry's minder, Mark Dyer. the fact remains that until the pathetic one-line typed 12 nov 2020 letter to the royal Marine who lost 3 limbs, not one but 2 Snr ranking military officials - Lord Dannatt and Major General Julian Thompson both went ON THE RECORD to say that Harry had made no communication efforts, even when written to. Why didn't Harry sue them then? They are the ones that made the official statements that Harry claims are libelous? I suspect that the judge simply said "just write the "erratum" statement and that's it. no money. no foul. You reported that you were told information from well-placed and named sources. Those sources, it turns out, were themselves unaware that Harry was texting Mark Dyer asking for his scotch-egg recipe and was in a Strictly Whatsapp chat group with JJ, so TECHNICALLY was in touch with miliary dudes." Should have added "you are still a bleep for going to thee Lion King to meet Bey and blanking the Deal event"Ooh I hope they aren't paying him any money
it is probably because he didn't get his front page , full page Mea Culpa. The fact that he asked for it is astonishing. The fact that the judge denied is not surprising as, if memory serves, the judge basically said there was no need - it was disproportionate to the situation. SOoooo Hazzno, in his brilliance, is basically challenging the judge's decision by then demanding an open statement. Plase - iif there is a zeus in our midst - please smite the littel turd and PLEASE help the judge say "no. and for wasting my time, you are paying the MoS legal and court costs now". Where is Judge Judy when you need herBefore this even came to court, the MoS had published a 'kind of' apology (more of a clarification) and made a donation to Invictus.

Well I think big K has finally transferred onto the other bus according to rumours of who his new 'housemate' is on his ranch.Maybe Smegatron will move on to Kanye now it's being said he's getting a divorce! Don't think they come much richer or more globally famous than him.

Having said that I think our lil aitch isn't averse to a bit of man to man fun time, so smeggy might be primed and ready to step into Kimmy's Jimmy Choos in case K changes his mind again.
I've long suspected that K's mental health issues are related to his inability to face and deal with his natural preferences. Kim being a similar driven type to smeggy and Amal and happy to work around any such things to produce little money makers hasn't helped him accept himself.

The clue is in their name "Sugar nuts"Yeah. She could. But his version of “biting back” involves getting sectioned
It was a best seller on barnesadnnoble.com last I checked, so sold out might make sense. Lwgal threats by Camp Sue-ssex would also make sense
How can they be revieqing a book that hasn't been released
I wish they'd stop calling hin "an Apache helicopter pilot". It has been pointed out frequently on various forums by those who served with him that he was only ever a co pilot and never made the grade as a fully qualified pilot in his own right because he's too thick to pass the exams. Before this even came to court, the MoS had published a 'kind of' apology (more of a clarification) and made a donation to Invictus.

Londoner’s Diary: Next move for Meghan Markle’s biographer? Bringing tale to the small screen...
Welcome to today’s Londoner’s Diary live blog. Look out for Omid Scobie who is working on his next big royal project, LSE students claiming democratic senator Jon Ossoff and Uri Geller on his predictions for 2021. Later on Tory MP Christopher Pincher talks about coming under fire for...www.standard.co.uk
'Following the success of his Harry and Meghan biography Finding Freedom, co-author Omid Scobie is already quietly working on his next big royal project.
The Londoner understands Scobie is in talks with Hollywood executives to develop a scripted TV drama inspired by the bestseller. Scobie has a close relationship with the Disney-owned US TV network ABC, where he is a longtime contributor for Good Morning America. In an interview last year, Scobie said: “We have had some interesting conversations in recent weeks. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of these stories entering the big or small screen until a bit more time passes.”
I wonder if Smeggy will play herself
Plastic tit face is at it again:
Scobie told the Standard: “I find it quite hard to believe that Samantha will have anything interesting to say about her relationship with Meghan as there simply wasn’t one. What we have seen her do over the years is simply jump on to conversations to give her opinion, but she has never been able to give any insight into the duchess herself because she just didn’t know her beyond the time they spent together as children.”‘Memoir will reveal nothing about Meghan — sister doesn’t know her’
Samantha Markle’s memoir will offer no real insight into the Duchess of Sussex as the half-sisters have never had a relationship, the co-author of a best-selling book about Meghan and Harry claimed today.www.standard.co.uk
