New title by @Thalia - well done.

Old thread here..... https://tattle.life/threads/harry-meghan-475-move-over-sticky-here-comes-vicky.47718/ where we discussed meghan at the Tyler Perry red carpet and dinner table, plus Catherine's Carol concert at the Abbey.

Also discussed William looking very statesmanlike at the meeting with Trump and other dignitaries in France at the opening of the new Notre Dame cathedral.

@wisebutwild has begun the much anticipated posting of her annual advent calendar pics mocking the Harkles to derision.

Christmas will soon be upon us and we are wondering why we have only seen official Christmas cards from Charles & Camilla and Princess Anne so far.

We also discussed the ever more creased clothing, ratty hair and knock-kneed gait of the red carpet event crasher and we mulled over the whereabouts of Harry.
Are they together? Are they apart?
All the usual stuff.

Tattle on Tattlers..................................

Thanks for the new thread and title. :)

Good luck with all that 'distancing' yourselves, Harkles. Other people also have receipts. Even a quote from Haz. Hope there's room under the bus for Milos.

And there might be more info released about the alleged spy this afternoon.

There's a court hearing at 2pm about naming him, and it will be tabled in the HoC at around 3.30pm.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Polo as an accessible sport! Yes because it is so cheap to drop a minimum £400,000 for a string of polo ponies

.... and Megain's trying to claim polo as a practically working class sport where people drive their pick up trucks to matches and picnic in the field - is she on glue? Or is she trying to pretend that those infamous polo matches that she attended in the UK were not super exclusive events? Like the one where she was caught rummaging in the boot of Prince William's car? Or the one that she dashed down to with "Archie" doll when she heard that Chelsy was attending? It resulted in Megain posing for the cameras and Catherine looking awkward as she fed her kids snacks out of Tupperware boxes.

The thing is, it could have been a fun but Informative documentary and brought people into it as viewers, if not players. People love documentaries that introduce them to something new and interesting. Hell, in pre-WWII, American Army officers played polo, so it was not completely outside the mainstream. They could have talked about the history and how they train (and care for) the horses to alleviate the accusations of abuse (I'm willing to bet the best players really pamper their horses). It could have traced how it Ralph Lauren clothes became the "face" of it.

Most Americans only know polo from the movies "Pretty Woman" and "Winning London" and would have been curious because those movies made it look like it would be a fun afternoon. It should have been released during polo season so that local polo clubs could have tied in matches which were open to the public. It could have been excellent and not markled

Well Hazno gets an ‘award’ for the second year running …. One which he probably doesn’t really want ….

The website We Buy Books has revealed that Spare has, once again, topped their list in 2024. This means that even more people have traded in the book compared to last year.

A spokesperson from the site commented: "For the second year running, Prince Harry's Spare is the most traded-in biography of 2024. This year, we purchased a total of 567 copies."

According to OK!, those who are looking to trade in their copy of Spare can get £3.77 from the site - with the memoir still on sale in Waterstones for £8.99

Thanks @Chita for starting this new thread and recap and to @Thalia for the title.

I'm sure 'Arold Steptoe and his rag-and-bone 'orse, 'Ercules, used to have the odd chukka after they'd dropped all the scrap metal off and got it weighed in.

It was how man and 'orse relaxed after a long day tottin' round Shepherds' Bush, before they went back to Oil Drum Lane for mug of cocoa and a nosebag full of 'ay'.

it's christmas time.......................

I once went to watch polo being played - it was an attempt to widen the audience - all I can remember about it was the Pimms tent ;)

Feel a tiny tiny tiny bit sorry for Andrew insofar as you cannot convince me that MPs aren't being playing by Chinese spies. The utterly useless Labour MP Barry Gardiner for example ...
