He could create it just for Edward's lifetime but dukedoms are normally inherited through the male line so James would inherit and if he had a son it would then cease to be a royal dukedom. York is traditionally the dukedom for second son when available

I've never believed that they live at the Monteshitto mansion. The address is in the public domain and was too readily 'available' for public consumption. I believe that they are living somewhere else privately and the mansion is just a front.

There was a movie we watched ages ago, maybe Mississippi Burning (?), and there was intense rioting/looting going on in a black neighbourhood and the police were gathered on the periphery watching ... so a reporter asked "Ain't you guys gonna go in there and stop that ?" and the head cop says " HELL NO. It's their own neighbourhood, let 'em tear up their own asses till they run outta steam".

For me, that applies to twitter. Let them tear up their own arses, make hollow legal threats and threaten to behead a 7 yr old child ... at some point some will cross a line and they'll get their arses kicked in court.(y)

😁 no idea if Hazno swings both ways but I doubt it.

The other quote was about people phoning the authorities to request that welfare checks are done on the kids. It sounds as if many people have phoned requesting this and have been told that the Harkles don't live at the Monteshitto mansion.
