Charlotte was a little dote - I love the 2-3 years even though they have lots of tantrums. Sweet picture with Eugenie. If anything would make W&C flip their lids it’s possible mistreatment of their children, like normal parents.Is this suitable for the wiki

Good point. I also think she badly misjudged the British public. She thought we were dumb and easily dazzled by a bit of ‘Hollywood’ glamour (although she was never really ‘Hollywood’ at all). She’s never understood us and didn’t make any effort to do so. When things didn’t go to plan she blamed the public and flounced.

I cannot bear to see her with our Queen - just more photo ops for her - and the worst thing is we can never erase her from our history now - she is there for all time which makes me so bloody mad - if I see one more picture from that bloody wedding I’ll take a laxative

From what I've read today some sections of the US press are turning against the Snarkles on the grounds of bad manners and whingeing. I think that in all cultures worldwide it doesn't look good to attack your family and air your dirty trousers** in public as they are doing. And more to come. Family-minded and conservative Americans might not like that though the woke and BLM type supporters will have the loudest voices. It's always the quiet majority who win in the end, and many young people tend to end up a bit like me after their young rebellion, though I never tore down statues or wee'd on flags tbf.
Maybe our exotic cousin Tattlers across the way might know which way the wind is blowing, but I've read a few negative articles about them recently, US Spectator etc.

I really want this to be true, but I don't think it is. Meghan knew about the RF (despite her fake naive 'Princess Kate' comment). She was practically a RF stalker and would know about the dukedoms. Also Harry's friend would be savvy enough to know that the couple aren't informed months in advance which dukedom they will be getting. And who would have witnessed this conversation in such detail? Harry's friends are famously loyal. I bet there are loads of true stories about Meghan being petulant and nasty, but - like the dress fitting one - just seems too far fetched.

I actually think it’s very possible she didn’t know. I like to think I’m a royal expert by North American standards (I certainly know way more than 99% of the people around me) but I still am not 100% clear on the princess situation. I know Catherine is the Duchess of Cambridge and she will one day be Queen when Wills becomes king but some people here still call her Princess Kate and I wouldn’t feel confident enough to correct them. Smeg doesn’t strike me as the type to do her research when it comes to stuff like this so I wouldn’t be shocked if she thought “Marrying Prince Harry makes me a Princess.” That’s how it goes in Disney movies.

If that thing on Tumblr is true (and I can see there being some truth in it), why on earth did she think that she would get a Princess title when Catherine, who is superior to her, has the title of Duchess? It will be Mr and Mrs Mountbatten-Windsor as he has nothing to do with Wales. She might prefer Markle to that mouthful.I predict a very difficult couple of days (or will it be weeks or even months) when the Queen strips the Harkles of their titles. She's not going to enjoy being Rachel Meghan Wales. But maybe she'll force him to change his last name and they can be Markles together?

I jokingly called her Rachel Meghan Wales earlier without realizing that they have nothing to do with Wales, which @wisebutwild kindly pointed out. Maybe Smeg was as confused as I was and is now lashing out? Perhaps she thought her “Hollywood charm” could persuade the public to vote her and Haznot into the King and Queen positions.
