Kiri is fantastic but Last Tango is my FAVOURITE EVER! Watch them both.

Guys, I'm new here, hi 👋 Full blown Wainwright fangirl and fricking OBSESSED with Happy Valley. It's agony waiting a week between episodes!

Definitely think Rob is going to panic and hide the body because he can see all fingers will point to him and doesn't want to go down for it, then it'll end up in a right torrid mess as they do the math and realise it was Faisal. I think Faisal will be done for the murder and Rob will end up being charged with obstruction of justice or similar. More might come out about the grooming, too...? His attitude change toward Ryan was too swift - I'm not sure if that seed was planted to make the revelation about Rob & Joanna getting together while she was a student and he a teacher land with more impact, or there's more to come.

Fascinated to read the theories here about Neil being TLR's dad. Imagine!!!
I'm loving Kiri. God it is so good. The actor who plays Kiri's grandfather is amazing. Will watch LTIH too.

Just a (probably not very relevant) observation - there was no reason for them to cut to Rob's mum when he was on the phone to her unless she features in the last two episodes and plays a more important part in that story

Also, in retrospect the reveal about Joanne being Rob's pupil explains her character a bit more - she'd been groomed since she was a teenager then went from school straight into an abusive marriage (and I guess was quite a bit younger than we originally thought?) - and so there might have been a bit of arrested development going in there. The clumsy way she tried to manipulate Faisel, for example was a bit like something a teenager would do

What I didn't understand about that is that her older of the two girls seems about 12? Joanna's character was apparently only 26 when she died - I'd thought she was meant to be in her early 30s.

Yeah he does. Go on YouTube and look him up in clips from Dancin’ Thru the Dark from years ago!

Why is it spelt like that? Incredibly jarring.

The daughters are primary school age so I guess they are meant to be 6/7-8/9 ish meaning she was 18/20…or younger, fresh out of school and newly married to the nutter.
