i Thought that after a long time it was the first time an episode made me feel anything like it used too.
Did you notice a shift? It makes sense to change the cast. I’m going to watch the preview now
 
I wonder if Helm, the bigger blonde female character will still be there. I think she joined when Deluca did ( just thinking about him makes me teary, I thought he was a great character whose personality contrasted well with Meredith’s). I think Schmidt, Perez and Qadri are from that intake year too, and I think they are all quite interesting and diverse.

I think I read she won’t be at the start but will come back at some point? I guess since she can’t do her residency there so maybe will come back once she’s done???

I don't agree, I'm watching GA for the third time, my opinion of the show has changed.

I enjoyed it both times.

OH BTW, Season 18 is now on Disney plus.

Each to their own. I’ve rewatched it more times than I care to remember, but always felt it fall a little flat after the car crash/death (not revealing spoilers for those new to watching!). It was ok after that but since Covid I’ve noticed a real decline.

Since Covid the show is heading in a different direction but I can understand why people are not so
keen. I like it, keeps me entertained.
