Kiell is a much better presenter than Sara was, although nobody will be as good as Claudia Manwinkle.

Totally agree about Kiell, I hope he's permanent and not just mat leave cover. I found Sara Pascoe annoying - always trying to be the comedian.

See I quite liked that there was no obvious stand out from the start like there has been for past couple of seasons, hopefully it will be a more even playing field and make it more interesting as the weeks go by.

Kiell is really really a good fit for the show for me! I said this in the Chrismas special, but I think he matches the cuddly family friendly vibe so well, Sara didn't at all!

Yep agreed. It feels like they might get a chance to come into their own as the weeks progress rather than the winner being obvious right away which is boring. Although typing that has just made me think of (damnit) Janet’s painting again…

Seems nervous. Why do they always have to be comedians etc, why not presenters. I think that Patrick could do it himself. Same on Bake Off. Pottery throw down etc.

My favourite presenter was Joe Lycett. Some of the comedy bits that can be cringey were funny when he did it. I’m a big fan of Janet! Let her win! Just for the giggles

Agree that there's not a standout contestant yet. The one with the Super Mario dungarees is annoying me already though.

Yeah, new environment, new equipment. As you say, I put it down to nerves. My pick so far after epidsode one is Comfort. Although the girl who won week one could go far unless she goes a bit OTT, which I think she has the potential to do.

New presenter was just fine. What a relief. Although I do hope Terry Pastry makes a guest appearance.

Nor did I - I really liked Comfort and thought she had a lot of potential.

I wanted Hat Man to go. That fecking thing looked like something off Donny Darko. Or something a burglar might wear on the rob at Easter, so he doesn't scare the kids.
