Not long in from a very long day at work so having a very nutritional dinner of potato waffles with ketchup!

Stick some cheese on top and that's your protein, waffles is the carbs and ketchup is your veg. A highly balanced meal!!

Good point! I usually make baklava at Christmas and find it quite easy.. but I don’t make my own filo! where would you even begin?!

Gaah they are making them make Filo from scratch! Im sure when they did it last time, they did it towards the end and they had extra long benches because it had to be rolled out in long strips.
