Danielle and Daniella are just there for a diversity quota, not that they are required, and they bring nothing to the show. I think that it’s Danielle who sits on our right (?) - she’s highly irritating and fits the stereotype of loud, uneducated and brash but part of me thinks that she is hamming up for the cameras. The one on the left appears very intelligent and cultured, she should’ve paired up with someone else. Mary and Giles, I used to love them but they’re tired now. Same with Jenny and Lee, they seem so forced.

I think they try to be like Sandy & Sandra who were in the earlier seasons of Gogglebox. But they are trying too hard and they aren't funny whereas Sandy & Sandra were just naturally very funny and didn't play up to the camera's likely sadly so many of them do now (Jenny & Lee spring to mind). I loved Sandra back in the day, I always remember her drinking out of a pot noodle cup 😂

Is this the German guy? He was brilliant. I remember the cat was sitting on the back of the sofa and he lent back, didn't know it was there and nearly shite himself when he felt it behind his neck 😂

I recently found out the siblings from Blackpool have a chuckle brother as an uncle. If that's the case, i have to ask, are these goggleboxers picked beforehand due to nepotism as they know people in the industry or have connections in some way to tv? Now I'm sceptical about the stars of the show simply being randoms.

I like them too. i think that's just the way they have become used to with one another, Giles constantly trying to wind Mary up, and sometimes it works - YOU CRUEL MAN 😁

They are often very astute in their comments about the programmes they are watching and are more worldly wise and clued in imo, than one might think, from the image they portray at times.

I also think the cottage is far nicer in reality than they say it is. I don't know why I think that, tbh. 😁
