I don't really keep up with her because I think she's a freak to be quite honest. Her whole meltdown about the robot man going away for a weekend is clinically insane behaviour. My husband and I have never spent a night apart (not slept together basically, theres been nights where one of us has rocked up around 3 or 4 😂), but that's purely because nothing has arisen where it has needed to happen. I'm sure it'll suck the first time it does happen, but I'm not going to throw a monumental tantrum about it. She is such a freak and honestly looked better when she thought she was "fat", see also: average sized.

I agree, I think she looks happier and healthier before
 
I think for me it's the constant narrative of get up earlier, hydrating, going for a walk at lunchtime crap....I already get up at 6am, work full time in a really demanding job, never get a lunch break, do 2 different drop offs and pick ups.... oh and I'm single. So soz Becca, me then getting up at 5am is just never going to happen. I literally spend my life running round after kids and trying to do my best at work.

You know what sweetheart, come back to us all when you've had your body ravaged by babies, your marriage is having apart and you're utterly exhausted at the mere thought of constantly hydrating and having enough crap in the fridge to make a snack and shite plate. You and your 'glow squad' can just duck the duck off.

Sorry guys for the rant, just had enough today.

These 5am risers are the new vegans, I swear 🙄 Insomuch as - you always know who they are because they don’t stop bleeping going on about it.

Literally nobody is forcing you to get up at that time, Becca, and it doesn’t make you a hero either. And if you’ve got 8am meetings it’s because YOU have scheduled them at that time as you own your own business!

Meetings are ridiculous and un necessary unless you work in a bloody hospital or something. I’m guessing it’s either her “team” calls or a rise club (although by her standards 8am is lunchtime not rise time !) Good look running those with a baby / childcare to factor in becca.

It’s just another form of self harm for her
 
I saw this on TikTok this morning and immediately thought of Becca, she is in the US and had to go to the emergency room after doing 75 Hard which has a target of a gallon of water a day. I looked it up and a U.S. gallon is 3.7 litres. And Becca happily posts about aiming for a dangerous 4 litres a day

Just watched her latest morning routine tik tok, she looks absolutely knackered forcing herself out on a walk to come home and fill up her 3 water bottles for the day 😭 why not just have one you fill up when you need to, it’s just adding to her obsessive target driven behaviour it’s so unhealthy! There was some still left in yesterdays bottle u can almost here the quiver in her voice 😂
