No, it wasn't. The oldest actual piece of bread found (which some sloppy sites refer to as a recipe) was about 14,000 years old in Jordan. The oldest written recipe - or the first evidence of some twit nicking what people had been making quite happily at least over 10,000 years and writing/stamping it down for fame - is about 3,900 years old and required 3 ingredients - ground barley, fat and water. And there was evidence of ground emmer wheat 23,000 years ago found in Israel (residue on a grindstone with barley and oats).

If assorted AI can find that and the sources from asking it, it's required a significant degree of lazy idiocy to google the wrong questions to come up with that bollocks.
