I wonder how many of the general public really recognise her though? Doctor Who fans will know her, but she's not exactly a household name like DT.

Georgia always reminds me of Sky from neighbours.
It helps that Matt is younger, also I think he's a much better actor and Tennant is overrated, but people usually disagree with me
Dr Who fans constantly beg for Georgia to return, I don't get why, her one episode was crap and I definitely don't want to see her playing her husband's daughter. Surely she only got the part cos of her dad anyway.

When DW fans talk about her son Ty being the Doctor as if nepotism is a good thing it proper gives me the ick. No idea if he’s a talented actor or not but it shouldn’t be just because of the roles his relatives played…
Her one episode was proper crap. So glad she didn’t get the role of Rose as she did audition for it! No wonder she hates Billie Piper lol.

100% agree with you, Matt is absolutely incredible and so much better than DT. You only have to watch Matt's first series as the Doctor to see the depth and range he brought to the role right from the start, there's so much more in his performance than DT ever brought to the role. (I do enjoy DT as the Doctor but I adore Matt

Does anyone have any tea on the state of the marriage? I’ve heard a few whispers and seen a few blinds but then according Popbitch he was seen holding hands with his ‘celebrity’ (what????) wife when he wasn’t doing so for the sake of her social media so who knows.

To add that last weekend was Pub In The Park which was supposed to be hosted by David and Georgia. She did loads of posts about it, was on the poster as a host, even went on radio to promote it and then when it came to the day David was hosting with Michael Sheen. She was there but seemingly not in any professional manner

He's looked miserable for some time now and he's not had a decent TV role for a really long time. He and Michael Sheen really don't bring out the best in each other.

Does anyone remember that blind item a few years back about him going out to America for work and having a baby with someone else? Can't remember if it was pre-Georgia, or if they were on a break??

I really like Good Omens so I’d disagree there. They have got buckets more chemistry that Georgia and David do, but then that’s not hard.

I see what you mean but outside of professional engagements a lot of that comes from Georgia and Michael’s partner Anna (like Georgia she is a professional other half, doesn’t seem to work beyond that).
David doesn’t have SM and Michael very rarely posts on Twitter. Most of the content about them comes from Georgia and Anna.
Earlier this year Georgia and Anna were pushing a polycule narrative on SM, constantly referring to each other as wives and Michael and David as boyfriends. Went on for a few months and then suddenly stopped. No idea if there was any truth to it, my feeling is there wasn’t and it was just to get attention and someone hold them to cut it out.
Georgia knows Good Omens has a large following and that lots of people want Michael and David’s characters to get together. She tried to cash in on this much as she does with any other aspect of being with David.
