God, this is a blast from the past! (And probably the only place I could ever share this without being dragged as a jealous fangirl with a crush, which yes I did have a big crush on DT in the DW years, but I've had bigger crushes on other actors, and liked and respected their wives).
I have A LOT of tea, admittedly old tea, as I haven't followed either of them in years. I used to live in Chiswick, and wrote for Big Finish and was generally around the Doctor Who world. I was also involved in DW online fandom.
I didn't know that she'd "practically admitted to stalking him." I do know that they weren't really together seriously when she got pregnant. DT was in New Mexico shooting Fright Night when she found out she was pregnant, and what wasn't public knowledge is that he'd taken a longterm rental of a house in LA with the intention of making a semi-permanent move once shooting was finished, to try to make it in America. I don't know if they'd broken up, were only casually dating, or planned to try long distance, but they certainly weren't together in any serious way. And then she "accidentally" falls pregnant right after he announces he's moving to LA, hmm. When he found out she was pregnant he spent nearly the entire pregnancy "dithering" as to whether to return to London and start a proper relationship with her, or stay in LA and financially support her. He lost the lead role in a romantic comedy movie (the director told me this personally) because he changed his mind on whether to take the role or not THREE times, he very nearly was dumped by his American agent over all the to-ing and fro-in, and the failure of his American career is almost certainly at least partly due to this. Not the pregnancy to be fair but the fact he dithered. Peter Davison more or less threatened him into moving back to London by implying if he didn't, he'd trash DT in the press as someone who seduces and abandons much younger women. Peter Davison was also selling looks at their wedding photos at fan cons and he's just fame-chasing trash who also exploited Georgia from the time she was a child.
DT and Georgia only started living together a few weeks before their daughter was born, and Georgia gave her the surname 'Tennant' when at the time that was DT's stage name, which he always said he'd never legally change out of respect for his parents. Then Georgia changed her and Ty's names to Tennant by deed poll, and DT didn't really have a choice but to change his too, and he later lied about it to the Guardian and claimed that SAG have a rule that actors aren't allowed to work under anything except their legal names, which is so blatantly a lie.
It's also pretty shady that she changed Ty's name and allowed DT to adopt him, when Adam basically raised him from infancy and still had informal joint custody at the time of the adoption. Obviously she and Adam weren't together that long and were both young, but it's telling that she never asked the man her tween son had called dad for almost his entire life to adopt him, but she did ask the man who had only lived under the same roof as her son for a few months.
There's lots more old tea! The JF/CB saga alone!
Credit to her for playing the long game, though. DT refused to even acknowledge that she existed for years, and now she's got what she wants.
(Writing all this out it probably does come across as obsessive, but I'm like that about everything. I'm autistic and I have a weirdly good memory for things that are autistic-obsessions, which DT was at one point. But I genuinely think she's just awful, and a bully, and the way she exploits her kids for fame and shoved them into acting careers from literal infancy is disgraceful. I haven't watched anything DT's been in since Richard III, and have never looked at her social media, so this isn't coming from a place of current obsession or jealousy.)
