Why on earth is she dressing the baby to match her boring ass house. The boy won’t have a single item of clothing with colour in his wardrobe. What a truly sad life she has. This girl couldn’t possibly get anymore boring if she tried, there is not a single thing interesting about her. Totally baffled as to why people like her. Also she’s clearly got no mates at all so she’s going to find this new experience extremely lonely being cooped up in that house day after day. Definitely can’t imagine her going to baby groups or classes to mix with other new mums or anything like that. Reality will hit her hard soon.

Yes I watched one of her holiday videos I think Croatia and she said something on the line of oh my hair look so horrible like dreadlocks which is very offensive for people that have them.

This is part of people tradition to wear dreadlocks and if they were watching would take a lot of offence and this this would be classed as a racial slur so god knows.

I really hope she didn’t mean anything by it and feel she’s more superior due to her white privilege as she has a child and I would hate for her to speak negatively about other race and cultures like elle does around her baby.

As I do put her on a higher pedestal to elle so Gemma if you do read here please be mindful and respectful of other people cultures and traditions and please make sure your child is always included in all different race/ backgrounds, I don’t believe your a racist but I do believe you need to educate yourself as I am from mixed heritage and my grandfather with dreadlocks and there is alot of meaning behind it.

I'm sorry but I think that's taking it a bit too far. Racist undertones? White privilege? It is possible to dislike the look of say, dreadlocks, without being racist (which by the way were recorded as a style used by the Vikings who were white and mostly ginger...). My Sudanese friend hates dreadlocks and prefers her natural afro.
I also think its incredibly hypocritical when people are allowed to say "I'd hate to be that pasty/pale, they should get a tan!" How on earth is that not seen as racist or derogatory to a person with very fair skin? Going off on a tangent there but just making the point that I think sometimes some people read too much into it for the sake of wanting to use the words white privilege.

Shes done a catch up button on her stories, she's bound to be asked his name. I was thinking as curious as I am it would be nice if she kept that part about him private and we just knew him as 'Baby Miles' or something. Although it would be Southerland as he seems the type to be like "ITS MY BABY! SO IT HAS MY NAME"

Also it seems like she had time with people meeting the baby and spending time with family, that's good she isn't keeping herself away from everyone. I doubt as said she will go to any Baby groups but to be honest I didn't have the best luck with them either so I don't blame her if she doesn't go.

I can't be doing with all this waiting ... who do they think they are? Even royalty let us know the name as soon as. Again, 'content' baby. She's going to come on in this video and everything will be perfect yet again (or appear that way).
Yes I like that name too, the Miles Southerland. Now look well if they've thought of that and now it's been thwarted again lol!!

It'll be so she can announce via YouTube for views 💰💰 cashing in

She says her baby hasn’t cried in 2 weeks? As IF Gemma!! 😂😂 Babies do not fit into your perfect image so stop pretending they do! This selfishly makes me hope her baby develops colic - then let’s see how ‘serene’ & content she’ll feel 😳 but this is mostly because my 3 month old has only just come out of the colic stage & it was rough so I secretly hate when parents say their babies are easy 😂.

I hear you with the colic stage! it's torturous haha, luckily we're well out of it too, but bloody hell it feels like it lasts forever doesn't it!

Obviously I know they get a massive monetary gain from it, but I never understand why these influencers decide to film (for personal keepsake whatever) but upload their birthing experiences online... If my hubby was filming me whilst I was in labour, I probably would of strangled him.

Those early days for tough for anyone I don’t care what she says. She will obviously have a baby who sleeps through the night for 12 hours straight though and naps amazingly. So she will tell her viewers anyway to make everything look perfect. Hope none of her viewers are pregnant and naive enough to believe her bullshit. Is she breastfeeding has she said? Only ask as if not surely it would make sense to turns to get up rather than both of them at night, if that’s even the case.

I really don’t know why everyone is so afraid to admit something is hard - it doesn’t take anything away from how much you love your baby but putting this perfect sheen on having a baby is so damaging to new & expectant mums/dads giving unreal expectations and making us feel bad when we don’t match up to that edited image she’s putting out. It’s far more empowering to be honest especially in new motherhood. But I don’t know why I’m surprised- it’s the way she lives her whole life but I think it’s going to end up isolating her more when things aren’t going perfectly! Can’t wait for those sleep regressions to hit Gemma!!

Exactly - she's obsessed with her life looking perfect...

It will be in months to come where she slips up and says that the start was hard and challenging when at the time she was portraying it to be nothing but easy and dreamy to fit that perfect aesthetic of hers.

I’m currently pregnant and while I hope to be in that “baby bubble of bliss”, I know it won’t be blissful all the time however that’s the image Gemma seems to be portraying so far.

Omg, really. I'm not on social media so don't see any of this. Don't worry her baby is fresh out the womb he'll be crying soon enough. What's wrong with crying anyway, doesn't mean they are bad, they are bloody babies! also it's good for their lungs.

Ah I love you for saying this! Yes it’s seen as a negative thing a lot - I guess because of the noise 😂. Yes I defo think she’ll slip up later and reveal actually how difficult she has found things… fingers crossed 😆
