He's just absolutely awful. I don't give a flying duck if they weren't his dogs, that's his partner and child who will be beside themselves with grief, it's his job to be there. You sign up for this when you start a life with someone, I'm sure she's entertained plenty of his mundane tit that she doesn't care about. Difference is, this is the big stuff, and there should be no question of him being there or not - lets be real, this isn't an unavoidable one off, the fucker is never there.

Bin him Gemma, you deserve so much better, do you really want to face the prospect of 40+ years with someone who can't even show up for you when your dog is dying? You basically live alone anyway, why not give yourself a chance to find someone to actually spend it with instead of this little waster.
 
I feel so, so sorry for her watching those stories this morning. She is clearly utterly devastated and that little prick of a “partner” isn’t home for another 4 days? I get it’s the final on Saturday and he can’t be there at the weekend but OMG. As others have said, he’s not got a partner in the final so why can’t he go home for a couple of days this week? It’s a 2.5 hour train London to MCR, he could go there and back in a day worse case scenario? To give the mother of your kids, and your poor 5 year old daughter who will be feeling so sad, a cuddle and a bit of support? What the hell is she doing, putting up with this sort of tit? Embarrassing for her and he’s cruel & selfish. Get rid!!
She can be a complete knob (and I don’t agree with her latest stories, filming a stranger’s dog in a cemetery 🙄 - put your bloody phone down) - but she 100% deserves better for her and her kids than this preening, self involved waste of space she pretends to have a partnership with.
 
Surely if he couldn't get the time off just get the last train out and first back! Like even a few hours to give his daughter and girlfriend a hug at the very least. Even if Gemma is saying no and trying to keep everything normal. You can see she is so sad and lonely, especially with it been her dad's birthday. What an awful person he is. I don't hate Gemma just dislike her attitude and over exposure of her children. She deserves better than that so do the children.
 
Did he miss Mia’s nativity as well?! Gemma mentioned that had been recently .. I really don’t get it. He will have contractual obligations & I suspect work behind the scenes that we don’t don’t see. But surely he could have gone home for 24 hours?! Their set up is very odd. His choices are puzzling.
 
I feel so sorry for her being on her own with the kids and losing a second dog. I know how she feels losing a dog but can’t imagine her being on her own. I didn't pick up the phone to do a selfie video and me crying in fact, nobody knew other than who I texted. But that is me and I don’t need to have content like this for my personal social media let alone my business. The dog in the cemetery was odd too. There’s lots of dogs I see like my current and past dogs but it’s not unusual. It must be hard work having to keep content/engagement for influencing.
