I did when I was about 16 and it freaked me out. Maybe I need to give it a go again, it's been a good 20 years since then. I just wonder about when I'm in a cubicle with no sink. Where do I rinse? What do I do if I have blood on my hands?

Also it's helpful to look at the you tube demos of different ways to fold it to insert as some don't work for everyone

Also our stage in the menstrual cycle effects our workouts so it's an important part of his work to know what's happening with his client's body.

Absolutely! this is such a valid point I definitely notice a difference in my workouts but my period wouldn't stop me going

I know other peoples dreams are dreadfully dull but I must share that I dreamt about Gemma and Gorka last night . Gemma had made the neon synthetic yoghurts treats that they were sharing out and then they went off to the cinema. Gemma took some free weights with her and Gorka had this weight press thing so they didn't miss out on a work out whilst sitting down Not actually that far fetched!

I think Gorka wouldn’t be very entertaining. Giovanni and Anton seemed to have quite good banter (on what I watched) and both were up for a laugh. Can’t see Gorks laughing along like that. Giovanni speaks Spanish too. I know what you mean though it would’ve made more sense
