Since we were talking about Mark Steyn yesterday, seems like Mike Graham of talkTV is not a fan. Forgetting the "rivalry" between stations, I reckon as a fellow broadcaster, he can see right through Steyn.

I actually don't mind GB News, they have some good presenters. The problem is, when you start having a presenter focus solely the Vax injury stuff, it is a real shame.

One or two are okay and pretty professional. But the one's who are clearly just paid to troll are pretty disgusting individuals. You have to wonder about their sense of self-worth to do that. I mean, are you THAT needy for attention and validation you'll just say any old shite just to ramp up hatred and division? It's really just a race to the bottom.

There was an article in Private Eye a few issues back where a prominent presenter (they didn't name the person) said ... "Yes, I present on the station but obviously I don't actually watch the crap myself". Sums it up really.

That sounds like Alistair Stewart. He's form for saying things like that.

That would be a weird game of snog, marry, avoid :D

Why is Brooks booked so often? Good that he spoke up about business support and the like during lockdowns but that's in the past now. I'd rather we saw people with a background in journalism/politics and if not, at least someone who is starting out in the game like some of the the younger panelists. Otherwise they may as well just cast anyone off the street for free.

Honestly can't stand him. Liked him throughout lockdown on twitter but he's just full of himself now.

No idea. Look at him here. I suspect he wants to go to Spain but is unvaccinated and doesn't want to test, otherwise he would have no reason to be bothered. How Spain run their county is only the business of them. He wouldn't want people telling him how to run his pubs.

Why does nana akua always look like she has a rod stuck up her ass? Such weird facial expressions and looks like she doesn't have much of a sense of humour. It is difficult to take to her if I'm honest.

Like most of the ladies on this channel she seems to be very angry, probably stemming from unresolved childhood issues would be my guess. Oh, and some of the men too. It really comes to something when Eamon Holmes actually comes across as 'reasonable'. A bit like saying Rommel was a 'good Nazi' I know. :P

Private eye was saying despite the 2 million or something viewers it claims, the average length they watch for is something like 7 seconds. If it continues it must be mainly due to the people funding it. Although I hope it does, the world needs more scrappy upstarts in the media, even if some of it is questionable.

It kinda looks impressive, then you remember how few people watch sky news

GB News made some good coups when it came to presenters. Colin Brazier, Alastair Stewart, Nigel Farage, Mark Dolan, Eamon Holmes among them. Right now it seems that Mark Steyn is very popular too. Honestly, they've been smart in recruitment because if you want to bring eyes and ears to a station, you need to avoid boring and predictable which they seem to have done. They brought in a few presenters who go against the grain and bring controversial opinions.

I'm not sure what's up with their lighting, but it's very unflattering although probably true to life. I'm kinda here for it.

I'm watching more and it's mainly to get away from Beth rigby and her terrible pronunciation. I never thought I'd watch it but the roster is decent (at times).

'The Clash' got pretty shouty last night. Pretty sure it's all just an act though. No one can get THAT wound-up, afterward they all go out for drinks and count their pay-cheques and sneer at the working-classes.
