I’ve noticed that their advice never gives any pointers towards self development. It’s always assuming the listener (lol) is in a position of immaculate perfection of doing no wrong. Part of conflict resolution is that it’s a two way thing - you’ve got to find out what beef the other person has too, it can’t all be dictating to them how to behave. This is why Goober has never salvaged any friendships and the relationship with her father stutters along.
 
so she’s just staying in Alan’s new apartment until her tourist visa runs out ? Then what lol

I wonder, since for the last half year or so, Cam has been back and forth between USA and UK, how did she manage to procure an apartment? The time she has been in the USA, she spent it travelling as well. Unless she went for the first one she saw, finding a place to live takes a long time. Is she like Gabbie and had her mother do all the adult stuff for her because her brain couldn't handle it and she's off gallivanting **cough**grifting**cough** with new gf? Cam did mention that she "worked" with real estate though, but I doubt she's really in that industry. More likely, her family has connections that were able to get her a place.

She said in the video that it’s her house and she had tentants in it but they’ve moved out. So what she meant probably is that she’s a landlord 🤮
 
Seeing as Gabby admitted to have never had a relationship longer than 5 months and said they're usually off and on, I also wonder if she got drunk for Dutch courage and is claiming not to remember to avoid having to admit it was her first time.

Having drunk sex with the so called love of your life for the first time is a bit weird to me, but if she really was so drunk that she can't remember then it's weird for Cam to go ahead.

Unless Cam was also drunk and didn't realise Gabby was that wasted.
 
I cannot believe that she has stayed with someone who had sex with her when she was drunk. Her saying she doesn’t remember it means she must of been very drunk. Sounds very much like she didn’t agree to it. What a red flag! I’ve unfortunately had a situation where a man forced himself on me and I couldn’t get him off. But to know that this happened to gobs whilst she was drunk and has continued a relationship with this person. Nope I’m sorry that’s not right
 
Years of using Twitter has shown Gobshite can’t help but be nasty and out of touch whenever she gives her opinions on things. It’s only a matter of time before she says something on this podcast that will get her cancelled. The black-out drunk sex story is already questionable enough to be putting out on the internet forever in this day and age.

Thanks for the clarification. Her family does seem wealthy or upper middle class at least by US standards because they own a second home. I'm all for reaping the benefits of having wealthy parents for fund your life, it's the parents' choice, but I laugh at kids who claim the money is theirs or completely rely on it.
 
I can't get over how weird the podcast name and branding is. In the Q&A Gabby said it was because they both work from home, but the "stay at home" phrasing doesn't work for that - if I worked exclusively from home I wouldn't call myself a "stay at home data analyst" (that's my contribution to the commune btw 😂) - and 'girlfriend' isn't a job. Unless it's a play on the Tiktok 'trend' of young women being unemployed and having a male partner who works a well-paying job, but that also doesn't fit lol.

Then the branding - the logo gives off 'moving' vibes which could make some sense given the long distance relationship, but that's at odds with staying at home 😵‍💫

I'm probably overthinking this but it makes no sense - although starting a podcast with someone you've been dating less than a year that is so focussed on your relationship is also an idea that makes no sense, so...
 
I haven't/won't be listening to this but I find it concerning she's talking about being too drunk to remember sex with someone. Like it's one thing being honest about it all but personally if that did happen I'd keep it to myself even if I was okay with it/considered it consensual after...Gabby has a big following of young women and generally that isn't something you should do the first time, maybe if you've talked about CNC kind of stuff but even as someone who is into that, I find it disturbing that that's their first sexual experience together and Cam continued. I really do not like Gabby (shocker) but I do think she's quite vulnerable in this relationship and it's never pleasant to see someone kind of being taken advantage of. Cam kind of fetishises her 'job' and her inexperience I think, while Gabby just seems grateful for attention. It's all very uncomfortable.

She was definitely too ashamed to tell Alan that it's her first time and pretended to be drunk to explain her awkward fumbling around.

She's always used alcohol as a crutch in social situations, especially during the twins and Zoe era. She'd brag about chucking down vodka straight from the bottle and was an absolute menace because of her constant drunken state. I think there's even footage of Zoe's dad annoyed with her for being a drunk idiot at a launch party.
 
There is no way she comes off well saying she was so drunk she couldn't remember their first time.

1) Consent issues. You don't go near somebody who is inebriated. You have to be considerably drunk not to remember, drunk enough for any decent person not to have sex with you as that would be taking advantage or even r*pe.
2) Bad sex. First times can be a bit ropey and awkward, plus I suspect both of them massively exaggerated their prowess and experience. So maybe "I can't remember it" is a diplomatic way of saying it didn't go too well.
3) Alcohol issues. Girl, don't use as alcohol as a crutch.
4) Existing red flags. If you're not feeling comfortable to have sex sober, you probably shouldn't be having sex at all.
5) Jay from The Inbetweeners style lying "Yeah, I smashed a few vodkas before finally banging this bird. Can't remember a thing."
 
Imagine if she was in a relationship with a man and she couldn’t remember her first time having sex with him. People would be even more shocked 😮 why is it any different because it’s a woman? Especially since Adrian seems like the type to take advantage at every opportunity.

Which brings me on to the free furniture again. Gobby pretending she’s moved into a new flat to scam furniture companies. Surely that’s fraud? No furniture company is gonna send scam free stuff. She’s a bleeping nobody! And I doubt anyone would send Gobby free stuff over there either because she’s also a nobody. She’s a washed up YouTuber, well past her prime. And over there she’s even more of a nobody.
Can’t believe she had the cheek or the audacity to even ask. No wonder she quickly deleted it. 😏 bleeping scammers!
