Imagine if she was in a relationship with a man and she couldn’t remember her first time having sex with him. People would be even more shocked why is it any different because it’s a woman? Especially since Adrian seems like the type to take advantage at every opportunity.
I was thinking this. I’ve heard guys talk about how they’re SO careful about this sort of thing now as there’s so much more awareness for what’s acceptable and what isn’t. More boys are growing up with the right attitude.
Even if there was no ill intent, they don’t want to misread a situation for example and put a woman through the feeling of being taken advantage of, so wouldn’t take the risk.
Also to protect themselves, it’s all taken much more seriously now - if they were seen to have done anything without consent, even mistakenly so, they could be charged.
Why should it be any different for a woman?
