I’m not minimising the struggle of these - it is tit. I’ve been there, it’s tit. But Gabby MUST realise that these issues she has are incredibly common, and the vast majority of sufferers have no choice but to get on with their lives, their jobs, looking after their families, etc. She is so supremely privileged not to worry about that, and to be able to access private treatment.

Exactly, I only accidentally found out about the fact I have a fibroid 2 days ago due to a scan for something else :ROFLMAO: the radiographer asked me if knew what that was and I immediately thought: "Oh tit. Like Gabby." LMAO

In all seriousness it explains a lot of my minor health issues actually but I had no idea that's what it was possibly due to (it's ok it's not the worst they've ever seen, like Gob has). I also don't complain or tell anyone but my close family about health related tit, and I still go to work every single day and run my small business on top of that. I also had to wait 4 months for the scan that found it (not complaining, I love the NHS, the staff are bleeping amazing). Not immediate like her. She has no clue what real life is.
 
I watched an old vlog of Brogan Tate’s yesterday, and she was going to Thorpe Park with a group of girls, and Gabbie was invited too. In the morning, Brogan says that Gabbie isn’t going after all because she had been up all night and wasn’t feeling well. This was five years. It’s deeply ingrained in her to behave like this, and to use it to get out of situations.

Sounds more like she ate too much for her scarred stomach to handle rather than pain from her imaginary friend-sorry-fibroid. 🙄
 
There are a few things to unpack here. 'I don't know what I would so if Jane wasn't here' what?? Throw up every 30 minutes for 8 hours, surely? What is Jane supposed to do to fix that? Stuff Monster Munch in your gob to restrict the vomit? Why does she call her Jane and not mum? I remember her saying it's because they aren't close but she's been there for the last 3 months and Gab pines for her like a newborn lamb. Grow up Gabby, just say that you like your mum. I thought the pain was from sew sew bad endow but now suddenly it's fibroids that she has never mentioned before? So she sat out plain lying that this EXPLORITIVE SURGERY completely cured her and now she's back peddling and proving herself out to be a massive liar. Why does she lie all the time? For what reason? No one cares Gabby, in the nicest way possible. People are going through their own tit, not everyone has time to care about a random grown child on the internet. Get a grip and get off the internet

She should get her self on the waiting list for a pain clinic, find herself a therapist/a NHS registered psychiatrist who does private work (as she can afford it, and will get seen sooner) etc.etc. I'm sure Jane's in pain from her bad back and subsequent back surgeries etc.
She should check her privilege about being able to earn

It is probably just her hormone levels changing, nausea induced vomiting is very common around your period and nothing to bother a&e about unpleasant as it is, same with headaches/migraines. even if her large cysts are taken out she could still have the same or similar pain, the brain can give the pain signals out even after the 'problem' is fixed.

Now, conspiracy hat on, if she is on zoladex and maybe missed a dose it could be the reason for this. I got all this from Dr.google and listening to a family member who is medic and deals with these drugs etc. So I could *easily* be wrong but...it does makes sense, and she lied about her gastric sleeve then the various body lifts after etc. Jane stayed with her then, and again when she needs a family memeber to look after her when a bf/gf normally would take on this responsibility. She really, really needs to build a supported network outside her family, they are important no doubt, but she needs one outside of them locally, and a separate work network too, and that will involve her being there for others too.

I suspect the sudden onslaught of paiiiin *sad grey filtered face* is because her launch sales went appallingly compared to last time.

She gets sew pewrly as an avoidance mechanism. Either avoiding the truth or avoiding taking responsibility or avoiding doing something.

If she had anywhere near the amount of ailments she claims, to the degree if severity, she’d be dead by now.
