I once had one alone in Tesco. Was one of the worst experiences of my life. Tesco is across from the hospital I work in and of course around 4 consultants, regs etc ran around me lol.

She clearly has never had one. Its an out of body experience.

I will say to anyone reading this - Try exposure therapy for them. What goes up, must come down. I spent 12 weeks in a psychiatric hospital in the summer of 2019 and I've had around 6 panic attacks since. Used to be 2 to 5 weekly. 💗
 
When I was at my lowest (no personal hygiene, hardly ate, thought I needed to drop out of uni) my doc prescribed me anti anxiety and anti depressants. She explained to me that the medication is sort of like getting a cast and crutches for a broken leg - it's an external support for something that has to heal internally. In order to heal internally, she recommended I see a CBT therapist weekly while she (my GP) would have weekly appointments to check in with me or help me arrange and additional support I needed.
Honestly it was life changing and took a good 4 years to come off the medication and a further 1 year without it but still in therapy for me to feel truly truly okay ❤️
I have followed Gabbie from around the Zoella period and I feel like the entire time she has been on some sort of anti depressants or anti anxiety medication but has never actually done anything to fix the route cause, just simply mask the symptoms.

So many other YouTubers from her time are goingg/gone through these like self-awareness awakenings where they are recognising their childhood traumas and how it's affecting them as adults and working to fix it and improve as a person so it isn't passed on to the next generation.

Did Gabbie not get the memo that you actually have to grow up at some point?
 
Chinese food after food poisoning ? What in the name of twisted family is this? Oh my lord! Have they heard of chicken soup and just simple bread and water ? I would be off for couple of days after it...if she is sick because of eating crap, another fast food will not help.

Yes she definitely has a mental health problem that was never addressed properly. It makes uneasy to watch. She has all the red flags and symptoms of someone who needs serious help . No surgery will help in the long-term when she needs clearly a consistent therapy and it would be best way far away of her family aka mother . She is to much codependent.
 
Sorry if this has been posted already, but anyone else think that ‘Amy’ is Jane/Gobs...? Nobody would place multiple large orders in reality right?!
Also Gob would never give anything away for free, even to a great customer, that would mean good customer service which is not a hallmark of juniper mewn 🙈

Love that she made that tik tok with a frog in her throat so that she'd sound sew poorly.....gobs just clear your throat love, it's annoying

Either Amy = Jane or Amy has more money than sense! Gabs couldn't even be bothered to check whether Amy had previously ordered the cat lady pin. Surely that would have taken all of 2 minutes? And her 'feel free to give it to someone else' comment...err, thanks for the permission, Gabs!
 
I don’t understand why you’d put a RUG in your KITCHEN?? You never see carpeted kitchens for a reason.. you’re cooking, stuff gets on the floor... not sure food stained rug is really an aesthetic.
Also if she just had a combination washer/dryer like most people have in a small flat, or even move it to her cupboard, then that would free up a lot of storage space. But alas her cupboard is full of 60 tins of F&B
