I was just scrolling through the comments on her latest video and saw this. You can ship outside of the UK gabby it just involves more work that you can’t be bothered to do and will take longer to arrive 😡

Idiot. It's true it's become a little trickier to Europe (DPD have now flat out refused to ship items I've been sending to Germany and France that I've been sending for over a year (I send decor and oraments) but Royal Mail happily did it without custom forms) I don't see the issue with Australia and elsewhere other than a short delay. She just sends bloody bits of card!

I hope every sucker of a customer realises what bullshit this is, and I hope organisations such as Royal Mail start snapping back at lazy twats talking down their service because they can’t be arsed.

I’ve sent and received all kinds of things recently (we have family in Sweden) and there have been no problems.

It’s not perfect, but it’s really not THAT bad.

This has absolutely riled me! Why would you tell someone who could be a paying customer that they are making you feel bad?!?! Why can't she just apologise for their disappointment and say she (or the royal 'they') are working on sorting international shipping. Honestly such a moron

The cheek of her response! Not only is it possible to ship internationally but this is an issue she's had since first she launched back in October (?). She's had months to do something about international shipping but lazed about. Now she's being kindly asked to consider it she's playing victim. This girl is infuriating. Where's the professionalism?

She just cba to learn how to post Brexit ship. It's a faff but once you learn it it's fine!

Her replies to her "customers" just go to show she thinks she doesn't need them to earn a living. She doesn't give a tit about them

Ever since Brexit was given the go ahead, the government have been reminding businesses to be prepared for the transition FOR YEARS. There were ads on TV, social media etc saying 'get sorted now so you won't be stuck when we leave the EU'.

Brexit has been on the cards since 2015. Did she really think that she could carry on as normal? She is a shockingly bad business owner.

As for international shipping - just put a disclaimer saying it'll take longer than usual. Not that hard.

She should be made to feel bad. So if she keeps blaming it on brexit, nothing will be done right? I doubt the government are gonna reverse brexit because our darling gobshite cba to sit down for the evening and work it out. She's gonna have to figure it out eventually.

Or just do what you always do and get Jewniper Jane on the case.
 
Thing is if her shop is linked to her Royal Mail account, she doesn’t even need to fill in the customs info it literally does it for her 🙄
I use Etsy for all my stuff and I only ever have maybe add a product description here and there, everything else is done for me.

She’s so bleeping lazy it hurts.
It is SO straightforward

Just apologise, explain it’s our of your control and you’ll release something super exciting once you can serve international customers? Thanks for the support maybe?

How does she plan to expand her business if she’s going to take everything this personally? What is she going to say to someone who doesn’t even know who she is and is just making an enquiry?
