Oh my!! Her latest youtube video at the pumpkin patch made me feel so sad and sorry for her. Tom seems horrid!! Awful!! This poor girl needs a friend

Why would you take your dog to a pumpkin patch? They piss everywhere and there's no stopping them. It is actually a food source.
And why would you let the dog approach rabbits and guinea pigs? Poor things must be terrified. Most pet shops have signs up disallowing that.

What did he do? I don't know if I can sit through 40 minutes of beige! Tom is often quite rude and dismissive towards her, I find. I'm not sure what she's still doing with him as they seem to live separate lives a lot of the time - and also seem to want different things out of life.

After all the comments on here about Tom in the pumpkin picking video I decided to watch it (wouldn’t have watched it otherwise!)
From what I’ve seen purely in this video (I haven’t seen much of him in other videos so can’t judge!) I don’t actually think Tom is a horrible person. Yes, he comes across as dull and doesn’t really say or do anything, but you can defo see he’s conscious/nervous of the camera by the way he looks directly into the lens and then awkwardly looks away. Maybe he is just shy and isn’t quite as chatty as he normally would be because of the camera…
On the flip side, I get the impression that Freya is compensating for that and talking about anything and everything for the sake of the camera, showing us the cookies and the drinks and filling in the silences while he is awkwardly waiting and watching her.
It’s probably not an activity he wants to do but she dragged him out the house anyway despite his late night because she needed a photographer

I don't think Tom really wants to be in her videos these days and I've seen him get annoyed when they are out and she's filming -but there was a time when he was quite happy to be in her videos. A few years back she'd have 'date nights with chef Tom' and he was in almost every video of hers. Maybe he just got tired of it. He has always struck me as a bit of a grump and there have been times when I've thought he's not the nicest guy -just from things his says and some things he jokes about- so I really don't miss him from her vlogs.

Oh fair enough then! I haven’t seen the ‘Chef Tom’ videos. Still, there could be a number of reasons. I wonder if perhaps he’s jealous of her success (whereas before he saw it as a bit of fun)…
Perhaps he’s fed up with the camera always being on when they’re just trying to go out…
Maybe he thinks she’s changed as a person since doing YouTube and puts on a front for the camera…
Or maybe he’s seen that she’s become more materialistic buying ‘stuff’ all the time for hauls

Just watched the vlog and omg how is she not embarrassed to post that, I hope he’s different off camera because it genuinely comes across that he can’t stand her lol
around 12.35 she describes her outfit and the look he gives her
I skipped so much of it because they’re genuinely mind numbingly boring people, what was that entire conversation about diet vs full fat Coke, does she seriously live such a sheltered life that she can’t BELIEVE he ordered full fat Coke and can’t BELIEVE what it tastes like ?!

Yeah I got the same impression, she was constantly making inane small talk during the video to compensate for him not really interacting much. Which to be fair to him, if my partner also made me get up at the crack of dawn when I was hungover to go take pictures of her at a pumpkin patch on a cold autumn's morning, I'd be a bit of a grump too. I think he even said to her at one point when she was rambling on about the fact he was drinking full-fat coke (big deal, leave the man in peace), that she was talking rubbish and going into too much detail. But yeah, I would assume/hope that off camera their communication is a bit more dynamic lol

Exactly this!!! If he is like this on camera, think what a bastard he is in real life. This man is not nice in any way and the poor girl is so used to it that she isnt ashamed to show the world. Thats how I saw that too. Grumpy, yes, but calling him an hole, bastard or horrible person sounds a bit over the top and biased, maybe too invested, to me. Maybe it was the thought of her getting yet another creme coloured pumpin was a bit much for him.
TBH I would be fed up with her vlogging what he might think of as 'you+me'-time too, especially after that Milan trip (wasn't that a birthday present to him?) where she behaved like the stereotypical, embarassing, influencer.
In general, I honestly think they are fine. Maybe they should have a wee talk about their family planning if she keeps dropping comments about baby and marriage in her vlogs.

I thought the exact same, my heart sank, it was really sad to watch. There's just nothing there with him, he hardly speaks to her and there's just no enthusiasm in him, it was clear she was looking forward to that day and he was just so bloody miserable
