Report a trader who has broken the law by contacting the Citizens Advice consumer service or Advice Direct Scotland.
Appeal to anyone to add as many valid (yes Scott, I said VALID!) complaints - the more the better, you cannot directly complain to trading standards, citizens advice refer all incidents, I imagine the more that lodge issues the better - let’s hit him where it hurts.
Use the above link and there’s a form that needs completing - I didn’t get to it early enough, it only opens up at 5pm

I paid for my plan using BACS back in 2020, but may also have been given the option of payPal - I can't remember now. I very much doubt he will be legally allowed to trade under his own name, Trading Standards probably struck him off years ago as he has been scamming people under one guise or another for a decade at least. Likewise HMRC, I'm not sure if there's a point at which you can no longer set up as a Limited Company, if you've had multiple businesses dissolved/ bankruptcy proceedings etc. Although he's a bleep, he's not daft bleep, so I'm sure he will have found a loophole to exploit! Can I just get the timeline right here (I unfollowed about 18 months ago as I found him toxic and disgusting). He started using "ambassadors" ie, women who had "followed his plan" to promote his services - including Nadine and Jess. A friend of Jess was subject to the vile Francis treatment and then Jess did an about turn, exposed the disgusting comments about the school mum / the client's health record (I assume Harriet?) and has since published all the messages she's received about poor treatment from clients of Francis?
Now Francis is trying to do some reputational damage and will "go live" tonight to "give context" to some of the stuff that's come out?
He's a crook and a bully. And I wonder why he only trains women?!?!?!?
It always made me laugh that he'd be driving round in those ridiculously expensive cars, but living in what looked like a pokey one bed flat in Warrington.

And amazing if PayPal is the preferred method - anyone can claim/ request a refund (they always side with the consumer) within the last 12 months - this includes for people he’s called a liar (assuming he hasn’t got signed waivers where people are accepting of abuse / not challenge - abuse) …. And anyone who paid for VIP, got it late, where messages were not read and or responded too or for a non bespoke programme as that’s what coaching and diet plans should be …… even if he empties PayPal they’ll have a retrieval route via his card or bank …. It’s up to him to prove his SLA’s/ documents etc …. Not the consumer

The thing that concerns me is that we have been here before with Scott. He has been doing this for years. I can only hope that because this is now so big, this will be stopped. He will double down, gaslight and basically say people can’t handle the truth. There will be no change because fundamentally, like all abusive people, he believes he is right to behave this way.
Whatever way we want to view the psychologist involved, she is bringing her employer into disrepute and I can’t see how she will explain those messages away. It is unbelievable behaviour from someone who works with children. I can’t even get into it, it is awful.

I have long suspected the finances would be “interesting” I imagine he is the bank transfer / PayPal account. He could be using “Ambassadors” to funnel the money, he takes a cut. It would be very interesting to see what the actual business and financial structure are.

Agreed, he will never stop, he's the ultimate manipulator and reinventor. He will never seek help for his very obvious, extreme personality disorders as he doesn't believe he has a problem. All the drama and attention is likely reinforcing his Messiah-complex and his belief that he is extremely important, a saviour and fundamentally right. I wouldn't be surprised if he abuses substances as well, or if he suffers from mania, as he never seems to sleep and is constantly posting non-sensical rubbish. Unfortunately you can't win with people like this, you just have to try and make their life as uncomfortable as possible whilst keeping your own sanity intact. I really admire Jess for speaking out, and taking what I imagine is a shitload of abuse for it. She's a braver person than most.

From what I’ve seen , the plan he offers is basically work out until you collapse and eat 5 almonds a day and if you dare eat anything else you get bombarded with nasty messages and are called a fat failure. It seems to me to be glorified Anorexia.

I ageee with everything you’ve said and didn’t know too much about him prior to IG a few years ago, I don’t think (correct me if I’m wrong) There was someone with a large platform to go against before, digital evidence and 125k followers to appease, this is going to hurt him. I also think that it’s not just people in the fitness world this time, anyone that saw Harriet’s video or has ever suffered any kind of mental health issue (and we all know at least 1 that’s struggled) may be motivated to take this fucktard down, there’s power in numbers, he will double down but we can starve him of oxygen in the meantime (not literally obvs) if he has no team (who were seemingly appalling at their jobs anyhow), we publicly embarrass him, delay the launch of his App, suspend growth & hurt his pocket - there’s nothing else you can do to a narc.
Completely unrelated, but ever seen the documentary on Netflix ‘Don’t duck with Cats’ (please any animal lovers don’t watch, it will disturb) …. He was a cocky narc but the motivation was there
