I’m hoping this is a case of Lando feels comfortable being friends with her publicly now that he’s made it known he’s single. Otherwise he looks absolutely ridiculous saying he does not have a girlfriend to then turn around and do this. But could he not have waited a day so he didn’t overshadow his win with this drama?

yeah i was kinda interpreting it as this + the statement earlier is him making it clear that his likes and follows of girls DONT mean a relationship (which should be the normal thing)

and as invested as we are, stupid stuff like this is never going to overshadow wins

let me be delulu for a sec about this being arranged by central models/some PR advisors: what does a "milestone" after win reminded me of: Singapore. Of course Carlos went much more into it and it was not just a follow but full time presentation of Rebecca who up to that point had been left in hotels for GPs she attended. But the whole post win party was a show off of the new couple, incl.another series of "secret" sources content. Lando's follow is nothing compared to that one, but I knew when I saw it - as it surprised me- that this pattern of sorts (win followed by reveal/ something from personal life that was "hidden" earlier) reminds me of something and I finally realised what.

not that it means anything, I just can't sleep and was scrolling ig and that is when it hit me

I honestly hope he celebrated properly, I am really happy about this win, he deserved it.

So, after he said he was single, she reposted the Please, Please, Please me clip again, and didn't like any of his posts, not even regarding the win.
Maybe she's pissed that he outed her as a hanger-on/WAGabee and this follow was an agreement to make up for it? Seeing as how she has now followed back and liked his win post. Who knows?!?
I'm tired of them both at this point.

I also saw it on a gossip acc and I checked Oscar's dad acc, Chris Piastri. It turns out that Chris isn't the man on Oscar's sister's latest Tiktok vid, but Nicole's partner.
