it was never sorted
they just stopped talking about it and were hoping to get out with their passports
I mean isn't monza the last of the euro races? so technically they have the middle east and americas stuff to ride out the rest of the season. would miss a race though, but something tells me if the race is in Italy, they will find a way to be okay

honestly I wouldn't let them leave either. the stipulation specifically said PROOF PAYMENT WAS MADE
if it really was paid this wouldn't be an issue. its not like they are paying a rent check

yep, they are totally screwed.
They may try to pay
but they are US company who is already under a sanction watch for their machine parts in russia
their money is in US control, so if the US doesn't think that money should be going back to russia (and they dont)
its not going back to russia. dont let them act like this is no big deal. its a huge deal

With big sums of money in europe it is perfectly possible that the payment ordered on friday leaves bank on monday/gets confirmation of payment on monday
I am curious where did they send money to, I mean to account where? I don't think they could order payment to the bank in Russia

ahhh that's right. Eurozone! Like I mentioned above though the money in the bank could be stopped by US from going to russia.
but yes my clients who wire money on a Friday, in Europe, Asia, or south America. that money is cleared on Saturday or there is proof its going through

another thing is from where they are sending money, I just realised - is it possible they sent it from US bank?

this all looks a bit unserious
and it pains me the most that the money go to Egg senior, right (I mean, his company, but I consider it the same)

I am almost positive they will have to pay from a US bank and I think that is the main problem
for what looks to be 9 million dollars, its not too much for them to get together and pay. I'm sure they did
but for uralkali to not have a confirmation of funds being transferred or 'guaranteed' that's not a US bank issue itself (our banks would be open later anyway)
yeah I think its egg senior for friend of egg senior
