Yeah, I don't see this guy working on his car in the garage, but he's always straight to him post-race. What is his actual role?
We all know the rumours, and yes, Lando does get babified A LOT but I think he's very tactile with the people he feels close and comfortable with - seemingly his male friends - and is still somewhat awkward around women! Apart from Ria and JenJen, but I'm pretty sure he just sees them as one of the guys!

Michael Randall is the mechanic and hes been at McLaren forever so he's some kind of mechanic that has also been with Lando from the start. All the highs and lows.
I mean look at him, I'd run straight to him after a race too. Hell, he flew to Germany on his girlfriends passport. He's pretty.
