This actually made me really sad for him.
He needs better friends. I think this is probably why he keeps the hangers-on around, because having people there who want what they can get is still better than having no one at all 😢

I find joking about being lonely more sad than being actually lonely because the usual company are all fakes / not actual friends and he knows it. 🤨
 
It really does make it seem like his “friendships” with the clout chasers are very surface level. I mean we know he has been open to deeper conversations surrounding topics like mental health with Hamster in the past but that is probably more difficult now they are always either working together or Pietra/Magui are also present.

Maybe he needs more Jon time again, he is probably the person we have seen openly care about Lando the most on that level. Miss seeing him hanging out with Sacha too 😕
Also once again shows why he seems to love hanging out with Martin so much, it is simply a genuine friendship with no “conditions” 🫶
 
Landos mentioned loneliness in his school yrs too as he was away racing when every1 else was making friends. And paying for friends to fly out to him. And he’s mentioned he thinks it’s a green flag when some1 doesn’t know about F1 so I think he genuinely does question the authenticity of his relationships which is sad.

and this is why I will still say adam didn't really give him a choice
in a never actually aired clip when adam was talking about ollie and lando I swear the man was talking about stocks and not his sons
was like I put the same money and the same coaching into both, one really was good naturally and the other was really into it but obviously didn't have talent
so we put everything into the other one

Antoine’s filters have to be stopped
this is a very cute picture (ignoring the feet wtf) but his filters are wayyyy over the top, it is crazy. Look at Alexandra’s arm, it’s literally completely black, did he just up the contrast to a 100 or something? He’s a professional right? 😐

I still can't decide which theory I believe more:
1) He really only has few real friends, but he hangs around those clout chasers as they are willing to come anywhere with him (as long as he pays and they can use his presence for attention seeking) when his actual friends are busy. He still have fun around people, but he knows they are not genuine (and they know it too).
2) He is actually the same attention seeker as those people he hangs out with and actually enjoys all those rumors and when people talk about him but he is pretending to want privacy just to look "cute" and to gain sympathy for his young fans (Carmen style).

Agree the jury is out with me too I'm leaning to the second at the minute. I think he's a complicated character who isn't very mature and sometimes lies for effect depending on the situation.

As to Lando: I am team point 1, at least I want to be and believe that 😅

About Magui: fully agree, I can already see her hotels in Monaco for hinting trips being cancelled, calendar of Premier League matches being studied and search of hotels in London already on
