I think it's also generous padding in the dress. But i she was that awkward skinny kid who hit puberty and got all the benefits in the boobs. She basically has the same body as her mother which is why she gets to raid her cbooks.
But if not then do not fear, she will be getting whatever it takes.

That's a knit dress - there's no padding. If that life is all natural, she's one lucky witch! Maybe she's got Tit Tape on 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think the general thought re Mags is that she's had some kind of augmentation, possibly a reduction or lift.
Either way, that black dress is cut pretty low on the sides and there's no visible scarring, so if anything has been done, it's been done well.
I need her surgeon too! They can put mine back where they should be without scaffolding 🤣

Lift/reduction scars are commonly not on the side but from the nipple to the underboob crease (google lollipop or anchor scars). They wouldn't be visible from the sides but from the front or bottom. Augmentation scars can be underboobs crease, armpit or through the areola.
I could see Pietra having small implants, they sit really high up and she doesn't have any armpit fat which is common in skinny girls with naturally large breasts.

That's what made me think implants for Pietra, she has no creasing or any indication of body fat near her armpit, which like you say, would be unusual for someone with more breast tissue.

You can see it in the pic with Mags, both are really thin but Magui's arm carries more weight and it tracks with her having a reduction. Her old boobs sat lower like natural big boobs do
 
It’s pretty obvious when comparing her past and recent bikini photos that she had some kind of reduction. There is also absolutely no way she could wear some of those tiny 2-inch long tops she does now without a boob pinging out if she didn’t have one 😅
