She really doesn’t understand that the majority of her followers are the likes of “Moet Susan” i.e. women of a certain age who follow her from her SW. I doubt she has many younger followers and the rest will be bots.

point being, her actual followers probably won’t have a clue what she’s on about when she talks about algorithms. They believe her bullshit that she just loves helping people and that’s the only reason she posts.

Yes, this! She's actually doing something new for once, that would attract interest and new followers, yet what's she's doing? Lying that it was so so so so easy and no pain and refusing to post anything. I follow someone who gets work done and she shows the before, during, after and talks about it. Openness is authentic, Nikki is not and never has been authentic!

I was also under the impression the 'nose job' was going to be so, so, so minimal .. yet here she is saying she thinks she caught one of her stitches and gave herself a nose bleed? i thought it'd be just a bit of a bone shave? I bet she's in a right state...... think she's due to fly home tomorrow or Tuesday - sure it was about 7-10 days she was away !!

If I were her husband I would be completely mortified that I had so foolishly decided to marry and procreate with such a vapid, unmaternal woman. Would you not be hugely embarrassed when people were asking where she is? He’s probably clinging to the hope if she gets all this work done that she’ll become a happier, more decent human but that’ll never happen, unless she’s also had a personality transplant 🤣 The only saving grace is that she didn’t have a girl to mess up, although i’m sure she’s still managing that with her boys. What a terrible role model - she doesn’t work, she favours one child over the other, she belittles her husband, she’s got no useful qualifications or skills, she’s a total bimbo, she looks down her nose at others and now she’s buggered off for weeks to get a tit ton of surgeries because she’s so vain. It’s so sad for her poor kids.
