Their work is shocking! I’ve worked for a cosmetic surgeon and their work is nothing like this he is reputable and doesn’t need to gift a tit or two to a tit or two for exposure!I don't think much of their work, some of those tits look wonky and one bigger than the other. And the face lift looks rather uneven after 4 months

A private room is not a private room if there are two beds.. its a shared room 
Even now she can't be open and honest with people.. before surgery 'I will take you with me every step' after surgery 'can't show a pic of myself'
She's trying to sell it like a lovely little trip to get a few 'tweaks' done.... when in reality it's probably horrifically painful .. no matter how so so so so gorgeous that apartment is I'd 100 times over want to be home surrounded by loved ones....
She is probably still pumped with pain killers from surgery and if she's claiming not to need any more she's lying.... 4 invasive surgeries and yet no real pain... yeah yeah sure Nicola... though the saying.. 'no sense no feeling' springs to mind

She's hardly posted since she went to to the clinic. And we are supposed to believe that all is fine and dandy for her after multiple surgeries....this is the woman that posts every single mundane fart! Why isn't she showing herself in the bed, what she's eating and drinking, what she's wearing, what she's watching blah blah. She is NEVER THIS QUIET! Even after her c section she was posting absolutely everything. It's deffo not adding up!! She has dreamed of this surgery, so why isn't she posting? Hmmm could it be that she can barely move and is in agony??

She said it was a week so that's Monday... unlikely they'll take stitches out that soon
so unless they've a clinic in the UK she can go to she'll be getting after care from the good old NHS!!!

They’re calling it a mummy makeover. Wtaf is wrong with this world that a perfectly NORMAL BEAUTIFUL woman feels the need to do this to herself. It’s just not worth the risk to me. So sad that this is what our world has become. The human race doesn’t deserve to continue.

100% the cats arse tattoo. So she has consented to them filming her during surgery. That’s the new low she has come to, for a bit of free or drastically reduced surgery.
I agree that it’s not normal (for her) she’s been so quiet with only a couple of stories. If everything was as FINE as she said, she would’ve been sharing more.
