I nearly said earlier but… Liverpool fans, I have three of your guys in my FPL this week so I should have warned you this game wouldn’t be straightforward. Used a Free Hit to blow up my squad and it has not particularly gone well for anyone except Son, Solanke, and now Salah (‘S’ conspiracy…?). The other 6 players in yesterday combined for 7 whole points 😂 Why did I think Ederson & Gvardiol would have a comeback game? 😅

Just going to Slot in with this…

We were poor though and they have given me a headache. Well it was either them or the dreadful spit the dog on commentary.

Right? So awkward to watch. Implying a specific ref always has it out for a team is one thing to say as a fan, but it doesn’t look good coming from a manager, especially in the age of social media hounding and pile-ons.
I agree it doesn't look good when he came out with the stuff he said yesterday. He should have just said "We should have had 2 penalties but the referee didn't give one and I firmly accept his decision". I mean we can say it as fans because we aren't going to get into trouble for it but when a manager says it is awkward to watch as you think just accept the referees decision he didn't give it because he didn't see it as a penalty.

I see the early favourite for the Leicester job is Ruud van Nistelrooy.

I'm sorry but that penalty Southampton were given happened outside the box. The explanation somehow makes it worse as Michael Oliver deemed that there was no conclusive evidence that the contact happened outside the penalty area err have you not seen the first picture Michael which clearly shows that the tackle happened outside the box.

Fucks me off when people mention City if they get decisions against them  refs can be tit in their own right without it being City's fault

I just don't see how Michael Oliver who was on VAR couldn't see that the tackle was made outside the box and the fact that he deemed that there was no conclusive evidence to say that the contact occurred outside the penalty area surprises me when multiple angles show that the tackle happened just outside the box.

I only heard the commentators say robertsons foot was on the line which is part of the penalty box 🤷‍♀️ either way refs can be tit and often are without it being a conspiracy that citys paid the refs off
Yep, I totally get that and I agree if his foot was on the line then fair enough it's a penalty. That being said I do think the referees are getting worse and are making some very questionable decisions which is impacting all the teams and I'm also not saying for one minute that City are paying the refs off I just think that the penalty Southampton got today was questionable.

It was always going to happen, I’m actually surprised it’s happened so soon but it was never going to work and it hasn’t. Potter turned us down last time so I don’t know if he’ll be offered it again. Most fans want Ruud but I don’t actually care who we get at the moment 🤷🏻‍♀️ supporting Leicester is hard work.
My first thought was that Potter would get the job but now I reckon either Ruud van Nistelrooy or David Moyes will get it.
