Yeah I really rate him as a player but how did he not score that 😭 same with Jota & i’m sure a utd player missed an absolute sitter last week as well. What a win for Liverpool man, I always laugh when people say Mane is finished and then he scores 5 minutes later 😂Messi showing he will always be the 🐐

Bloody wish I watched the Liverpool game lol. Psg took city to school in the end.

Messi goal perfect and so glad he got a goal and looks to finally be settling in. Just Ince again no Consistency with the var with red and yellow cards.

Was so happy for Messi, I was starting to worry that he might struggle but I think it’s just taking him time to settle in. Liverpool game was a good one. I’m baffled at how KDB didn’t get a red card?!
 
His did Real Madrid mange to lose to that team. I know that team is a totally corrupt one as it’s the only one in their league with a super rich owner But still they should not be anywhere near beating Real who have actually started the season well. Could have been 3 or 4-0 against Barca.

Same here then when he had an injury but nope looks like he is ready and settled now.

And same with the red card. I'm not annoyed at the united red card because it was a red but then when you see today who then only got a yellow when it should of been a red. Just makes it more annoying as there is no Consistency

yeah i disagree here; they parked the bus and we clearly dominated the game. team performance was well better than PSG. it’s the finishing from city that’s shite and we wasn’t clinical enough. still think they played well 🤷🏻‍♀️

KDB was a red for me, no idea how he got away with that.

Exactly. Even city fans were saying it should have been a red. I’m just happy they lost tbh either way tbh 😭

Usually VAR is seen to favour the home team due to the crowd pressure factor. Unusual for it to be the other way around.

I wonder when Curtis Jones will be called up To England. At this rate it will be surely be before the World Cup.

The cynical view is that it suited Man City’s owners due to the damage the super league did and trying to not get done by FFP by the league to buy home favourite Grealish and try and get Kane instead of trying to get a striker from abroad. I mean they have the money to Get anyone they wanted.

i’ve said it before but he only plays well with a 9. i think his time in sky blue is limited sadly. such a shame because with a true striker he always looks effortlessly talented.

I think his performances at the euro’s kept him at City and that’s why City were so adamant on getting Kane because of how well they played together. I would of kept Aguero and cashed in on Sterling and put that towards Haaland. Someone has started a petition to get sterling’s contract terminated.

i’m convinced we’re getting haaland next year; hopefully january. wishful thinking but my god i hope my gut is right!

I wonder how the French press are taking the news Kante is out and is clearly by all the hinting in the press is unvaccinated. In France the Covid pass is very strict and therefore pretty much every footballer has the vaccine or they can’t have a Social life.

Haland is a odd player for Fifa as he is less likely to play at a World Cup Which is still biggest football tournament by far for ratings. Fifa bigwigs really don’t want such a super star to not be on display. (The CL is in decline ratings wise as its now only on Pay tv in most of Europe). Norway really should try and make Euro 2024 with him and a few other young players have the talent to do so.

Carlo’s football really isn’t the magic that people think it is. The football he served up at Everton was really awful
 
I know the issues with them but I’m here for Sheriff winning the group just for the jokes tbh, beating Real whilst playing Cristiano (not that one), Adama Traore (not that one) and F. Costanza (not Frank) 😂

I don’t know why I’m disappointed in Kante (which my phone keeps autocorrecting to Kanye, I know why I’m disappointed in him..), I shouldn’t even be surprised at this point at footballers making bad decisions 🤷‍♀️
