As a natural pessimist I have to work very hard to banish any thoughts of England winning becuase I’d like to go into the match with a negative mindset (through I do seriously think Italy are the more likely winners) as then there is no crash.
I would hate it to be sucker punch loss like Italy score the winning goal after 80 mins or during extra time or penalty defeat,

Me too. I honestly think it’s 50/50 between the two at this point, Italy losing their best player will make a massive difference I feel

They coped well enough without him against Spain - through helped by the fact Spain blew a lot of chances To score.

Not particularly, it was penalties that won it for Italy in the end, wasn’t exactly their playing that done it
I don't think I even want to imagine what will go down in that Vegas trip if it does happen... I just feel for their partners

Every time I complain about the tone of this thread it gets deleted. This wasn’t what these threads started out as. Hopefully the new season and restrictions being lifted will bring some of the gossip that everyone’s after. I don’t think the Italians will give a shiny tit about it, as you say they’ll be all about the kind games too.People honestly need to chill about the video of stones, as if the Italian aren’t doing the exact game and won’t be playing mind games tomorrowdon’t know why people are genuinely bothered by it
