I'm just now catching up on last night's vlog & have only gotten about 2 minutes in.
She didn't actually proof the bread dough for those brick-like loaves. No wonder! That's one of the most basic steps in breadmaking and she didn't do it.
And she had enough of a clue to mumble "this can't be right..."
She bulk fermented the big blob of too-wet dough in the bowl, then she appeared to (make Atha) cut the dough in half and then it went into the oven. You need to let the
bleeping dough rise a second time in the pans, you dumbass!
Honestly, maybe they really have forgotten how to read.
