I don’t think the £20 I spent every couple of months will be missed either, if I’m honest 😂 It’s just the principle of the thing.
Tbh, their stuff is overpriced shite for middle class people. There’s usually a cheap copy of the most popular stuff that ends up in The Range months down the line anyway.
For example, I redecorated my bathroom about 6 months ago and I saw a bath mat on their Insta. Let me tell you, I COVETED that bath mat (25 quid plus 4 quid P&P). It was terracotta and had writing on it that said ‘Get Naked’. It was only once it was on my bathroom floor that I realised I might as well have just stencilled ‘live, laugh, love’ on the wall instead. I was completely taken in by their marketing, and fewmin’ when I saw a similar one in Argos for about a tenner.

Good riddance and see ya to their emails 😂

I totally get this! There was a light we wanted for ages, it’s now everywhere at a third of the price! 🙄

I just don’t get when they have 270k insta followers, they need to use the grabby Hoopers and their dated decor…theres surely more inspiring options out there than a racist and her moany sexist husband.

Susie Verill came back eventually, did a crap apology - somehow said sorry without ever using the word, came across really insincere - then months later deleted it off her insta. No idea if the ads have come back as I don’t follow that thread anymore.

If Clemmie had said sorry/taken an ounce of responsibility she probably would have got away with it fairly lightly as she’s got the right look ie middle class yummy mummy, well spoken etc.
 
The thing is she didn’t come on here to be racist. She came out with some cliched racist trope (from memory calling Candice aggressive and saying she “weaponises” being black and “brings it back to race”) but I actually don’t think she even realised she was being racist. That’s ‘just’ the systemic racism that probably millions of people who don’t actively hate other races come out with.

She came on here to witch about CC and on reflection she should’ve blown that back up into the story.

Totally agree with you….I’ve been like a stuck record on here saying how a big part of the problem was how Glen never owned it but just scuttled off and hid after some lame excuses that disappeared after 24 hours! 🙄

Didn’t these guys have an agent at the time? Why the duck didn’t they advise them better? Surely they didn’t advise them to play it how they did…

- Glen make a lame non apology and then go into hiding until the Christmas Eve canapés
- Sly walking through the wood (if I recall correctly?) with a sad face claiming not to know about Alice’s antics
- And then hairbands!!!

They should have asked for their money back!

How many inappropriate posts has he put up and he still posts stuff because he is one of those entitled twerps who thinks that the little people are just not getting it, that he is really hilarious and we are all just stupid uneducated over sensitive morons
And I can just see her thinking the same and totally misjudging things and then when the tit hit the fan she was confused because surely it didn’t matter 🤷‍♀️ and was no big deal and then there was the half arsed disappearing apology and suddenly it all got cancelled.
But very slowly you can see them trying to bring her back bit by bit 🙄

Not just the constant interiors that are being changed but how many holidays does she have - I’m counting the second one in as many months. I’m not jealous at all 😩
