That was because of her snobbery and smuggery of the claim that Prince Harry and his wife were considering buying it or at the very least had looked at the property I’m guessing that was before they upped sticks to Montecito she made no secret of it nor did the Daily Mail

As a big fan of history, I did that tour just before the pandemic. It was (for me), very interesting and informative and I felt/feel great empathy for the poor people who lived in Whitechapel in the late 1880's. I wonder if it humbled these two muppets.

I was, thankfully, spared the burden of having them on my tour.

I think I vaguely remember this - the need for her to show this fact off has ended up compromising their security though because literally anyone can find it and locate it exactly!

also that last picture of her is so horrendously unflattering - poor Josie 😂😂

Is that Scarlett in the hot tub with Teefers? lol! Josie could wear a more flattering suit...she always chooses suits and dresses that flatten down her chest even more... 🥴 she doesn't seem to know what works on her at all...and these pants are too wide on shorter legs like hers, extremely unflattering.

I don’t think it’s because she doesn’t know what works for her, everything she wears is for sale. There’s always a link to buying what is worn. It would be nice and more honest if there were times when she just wore something she loved with no links or affiliate deals but I suppose that it is how it goes for influencers

I’ve said this before, she dresses in an unflattering way because she mostly wears gifted stuff and her demographic isn’t made up mostly of women in their thirties (I am but I wouldn’t dress like she does!) but instead made up of a different age bracket of the more mature woman who would be more inclined to dress the way Josie does (I’m aware this is a sweeping generalisation but advertising has to generalise to an extent). Although when she does buy things for herself (which I think is pretty rare) she just buys for the label and not whether it suits her. Early Josie vlogs when she was actually working in fashion and living in London show that she did at some point have good fashion sense but she certainly doesn’t now!

I’ve fleetingly read tonight that Labour are enforcing landlords to have epc ratings of C or higher on their rentals .

I haven’t read the ins and outs . However it seems it comes into force in 2030.

Strawtop is rated g which is energy inefficient and nowhere near C!

I would imagine in order to make it a c that they would have to install interior insulation to the inside of the walls, I don’t think you can put cavity into stone walls. The cost of this isn’t the only concern , it decreases the internal space by 4 inches on each wall! Plus redecorating / expensive retiling ….

If she does and it goes wrong, hopefully it will reset things better. She can do a lot better than him but I don’t think that’s a possibility while her mum lives on the same property. Not many men want to share a home with their partners/wife’s mother. I think the business and the pressure of running it is making her quite ill and that isn’t nice seeing. He needs to stop mouthing off in her vlogs and mooching off the business. He needs his own achievements, same could be said for his sister who loves lounging around in bikinis on their property, taking photos of herself there as if it’s her home. Either Josie is too meek to say anything or too generous but seeing it looks disrespectful. It’s her and her mother’s home not his or his relatives that use that place as a holiday weekend retreat. Josie said she likes that people are there instead of just them rattling around, but really? I’m sure it gets on her nerves

I don’t know how they do it !. Apart from having a dog sitter on site , I can’t see much good coming out of living so close to the mother for either of them.

If divorce happens it’s going to be a mess for the mother as chav will need to be paid off . Can they afford to cling onto it? I wouldn’t it . I reckon they might be left with what? 1.6 million if they sell in terms of the actual cash Josie and her mum would pull out of it . So hard to know . But then having to pay him half plus half of strawtops ….. they would be down to 800k plus whatever equity is in one of the strawtops . At best I’d guess maybe they have 1m after paying him out yet a detached private property that can a comodate both lala and Josie would cost a lot more .
