So the gym is in another out building not shown… I’m not sure they have done anything to add to the property value …surely keeping the study as was rather than the junk room… or as Joho calls it mailroom… and keeping another bedroom would’ve been better … I can’t imagine Chav spends much time actually working in the study? I think I would have been tempted to make one of the rooms a library… again sloth of the work they’ve done has been superficial …amazed they haven’t fixed the dining room … a house with so many rooms and they had to double up in the drawing room as a dining room…maybe they could only heat that room…? Seems the one room that is relatively well decorated is their bathroom and notice that is as sold layout set up…kitchen does look tiny in the photos but the island gives them work space… Chav’s great plan… that seems to be forgotten… to alter the kitchen … making it dark green will only make it look smaller…like his study … but perhaps little cave /dungeons are Chav’s thing?
You could be right… I watched an old flog … before my Joho time…. In the old house… a q and a and I’m sure Joho said it was Chav’s father who approached lala and Joho on the holiday … I wonder if the parents saw Joho and lala and thought …they seem okay ?some money let’s see if we can set Chav up…. I get the feeling his parents are grateful to have Chav ‘settled’ and probably think it is wonderful Joho has saved him from the ‘demon drink’…. I certainly don’t think they could’ve funded his ‘work shy’ lifestyle shopping habit! Leo think Joho likes to lady of the manor over Petra and chav’s brother … but I suspect they may not have the house etc but that they work for what they have…. Wonder if Petra would become in influenza…the little we heard of the brother he seemed a better catch than Chav….
The gym is in the coach house and was the garage. Lala lives above it. Oh just in case anyone had doubts about the tat Joho will flog as classic pieces, Milania (Milabu) did an Amazon fashion vlog and Joho dresses appeared. Milania (who always tries to find positives among the negatives) felt they were overpriced for the lack of quality … she felt the green one should’ve come in at about 12-15$ 25$ maybe with inflation… very interesting to hear another but successful content creator take on these Joho must buys….
The gym is not in the coach house where LL lives. They converted the garage for the main house which can be seen on the plan of the grounds. It is right next to the entrance to the property and not attached to the house. It is also connected to the other wing of the church building.

but I’m sure there will be a wedding…even if only for the freebies and the gram content. our Joho had created a facade for the gram and girl gonna ride that image. I actually think her content would be better and she’d stand out from the other influenzas if she was a lone female or had a female partner… Joho could do something Vic and Lyds haven’t - she’d be first at something!
