I'll bet she dumped him. She liked the looks of Charchar's family connections. She moved in with him only a few weeks after they met because she quit uni and was forced to move out of her student digs. Couldn't afford to go home or she would have lost her one day a week job at Topshop, so she moved right in with old Charlie. She even moved in with him and a 5 or 6 other guys living together. This is the same chic who now pretends she was to the manor born. Those coming from a manor houses don't fret about a job at Topshop and generally their mummies and daddies have organised a little pad for them live in.
Perhaps he did buy her a bag because why else would she hold her bag out front and centre in the photo. I always make sure bags are more behind me in a pic. I've never squeezed a beg in between me and someone else like she did.

He's really turned being 'sober' into a personality trait
Don't remember which Uni she was enrolled at. She said she enrolled for English but couldn't stand Chaucer and Shakespeare so quit after three months. Said she wanted to work in fashion. Perhaps things were a tad too intellectual for the fashion bunny. She later enrolled at the London College of Fashion but did not study fashion design, as we can see by a clear lack of any design skills, fashion or otherwise. Ended up studying fashion management.
Definitely early to mid-40s, which is so sad. Especially for someone that "spends" so much on skincare. (more like pr appointments and gifted treatments)
