I would rather think that she bought the Mazda from Josie for the rest value and gave it to her son. So, Josie could buy the new (soooo muuuuuuch neeeeeeded) car. Josie is really the golden child and her brother the forgotten one (or maybe even the black sheep).

My guess is that Char has some bankruptcy open payments and this is also the reason they are still not married. It's a tinfoil. But he had a company that is dissolved if I remember correctly. And their waiting for ye grande marriage seemed to me strategic.

That's probably one of main reasons you never hear her talking about getting married. Is it just me, or is a tad weird that they're talking about what about what the skin specialist feels they need to focus on for better skin. Um, that's what girlfriends are for. lol

Hilarious. The 'vintage' land rover shows as first registered 2007. So not really vintage at all really. Who tf buys a car without even driving it. Mine is two years older and gets driven on the motorway regularly because we can actually drive. What a pair of clowns. That land rover is going to be used as an advertising tool for Strawtop, probably in Daylesford carpark with the rest of the pretentious gang. (I went to Daylesford farm shop the other day and OMFG those people are something else) the other thing they seem clueless about is showing the vehicles on the internet so readily. Land rovers are extremely stealable, they are pretty much stolen to order and they just don't seem to care about the security esp when they have no where secure to keep them! Complete idiot's.
 
Well …, I for one, will be setting a reminder to avoid that Chav ! The bore!

I just think everything they spend is for the business, I just watched the last vlog and he actually said all the stuff they bought and put in the back of the big defender is for Strawtop so will be put down as through the business. It's no different with the cars and all the trips away, I assume because it's all for content it's all put down as expenses, which a lot of people do, just not everyone puts it on the internet. It's such an odd soulless life.

They would have bought any car they saw a ton of around the Cotswolds - just to feel like they are legit country manor folks, they don't actually like it either, and if the trend in their area/circle they aspire to being a part of changes, they will also change, and suddenly "have always wanted" some other "dream" vehicle.

I am on holiday in the Cotswolds at the moment and even I'm surprised at how many there are around here. We have an old style defender but we use it for camping, towing trailers etc. People around here seem to just think they are a fashion accessory, the carpark at Daylesford is like a Landover/Porsche show room and they look like they've never engaged diff or seen an inch of mud.

Pretty much as you would expect, people who are willing to buy products that are way over priced just to get a bag with Daylesford on the front. Buying something to eat from the cafe is a whole experience, and the actual restaurant was queued out the door with pretentious people taking selfies. Fair play to the owners of Daylesford they've got them where they want them! (Paid 4.00 for a sausage roll ...yes it was nice but....4.00..ok for a treat but not somewhere to use as your local shop) has anyone seen the episode of clarksons farm where even Jeremy Clarkson asks for a receipt as no one would believe him otherwise 😂
 
I went to Cotswolds last weekend and I had to check out the famous DaLeSforD . Agree with the comment above - their car park is a Range Rover show room. Farmers shop was full of snobs , looked like loads of influencer type of girls .I have to admit they had a very nice food selection , loved the cheese room - tad bit overpriced but some nice selections that you can’t see in your local Waitrose / Sainsbury’s .
Food that we took from the ready food counter was nothing to write home about . Got some salads and snack bits - sausage roll , scotch egg - it was honestly nothing special , super overpriced .
The whole set up is really lovely , modern , very helpful staff . I can see why locals like it so much there , but I would give it 7 out of 10 . And the garden centre bit is really nothing special , I don’t get why Lydiot and Josie are so obsessed with it 🤷‍♀️

Totally agree with all this. Did you look around the wellness spa? We observed in our people watching some cyclists parking their bikes (probably worth more than the average family car) they actually got changed to go into the cafe....

Also just have to comment about the coffee machine vlog. So he's paid over 3,000 for a coffee machine because he thinks it looks good on the counter but he can't even froth milk. Bit like buying a 'vintage'' Land rover and not being able to drive it further than your local farm shop and then only in the summer 😂
