This one thinks she is fasting on the drive from the house to the shop.

She doesn’t need the bready type carbs. If she was exercising a lot sure, but in this weight loss phase she doesn’t need them at all. That giant breakfast would have been good without the fin bagel. If she cut out bread it would naturally cut out the ladles of butter and jam. Calories she doesn’t need.

She’s an idiot. She’s not on any diet or health kick. Shopping, making food and then eating it is her whole personality and “job” and because of this it’s a complete obsession / addiction.

I'm sure she said about having high blood pressure at her last check up.
This was back in the summer though.
